Had no room service for for nights

Very close to Disneyland and staff was great

Property looks run down, bathroom in our room was not clean and there was a lot of repairs that need to be done, shower was clogged. My family and I have been visiting for the past three years and unfortunately every time we visit it gets worse, we will not be back for future trips.

The gardens were pretty. The only redeeming quality.

Our beds were infested with bed bugs. Me and my family are now covered in bed bug bites. Spent a night doing the entire families laundry in fear that we may bring them home with us. Roaches and silver fish everywhere. The staff were incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Hidden fees everywhere. Lost so much sleep and it ruined our family vacation.

My first impression of going to this motel for the first time was how nice it was! This motel has medieval/modern times feel. It fell like I was going back in time! This place has a buffet for breakfast, a restaurant, and a shop where you can get gifts or food. Also, what I didn't know about this place, they provided shuttle service to the disneyland resort. I had a great stay at this motel.

We love to stay here for the hassle-free shuttle to Disney.

I have no complaints for this hotel. Thank you for always providing a nice stay for us.

디즈니랜드 셔틀 있는 거 하나 보고 예약했는데 너무 좋았어요! 5분만 걸어가면 편의점도 있고 직원분들도 친절하시고 방도 엄청 컸어요.

호텔 내에 위치한 매점 가격은 정말 비싸더라구요..! 룸클리닝도 미리 신청해야 해주는 점이 조금 아쉬웠지만 그래도 굳굳 이가격에 이런 호텔 없을듯합니다!

If you decide to book here, request a room away from the freeway. First night I changed rooms at 12:30 am because the road noise from freeway was awful. Staff wasn’t pleasant nor rude. Toilet was leaking in first room also, water all over slippery tiles. It is old, they’ve tried to refresh it, it just feels dated in halls and rooms with cool wallpaper to offset the lack luster. My bed had a loose spring and seemed buckled. Again, older furnishings. Pros: Beautiful outside. Looks storybook. The shuttle is very convenient Even at the lower price point, I would choose other hotels next time. I adore the Candy Cane Inn, it wasn’t available when I tried to book.

The Japanese restaurant was amazing

The room only had a swamp cooler. The room temp never dropped below 75, the air is damp, swamp coolers suck. The room smelled like an ash tray. There is no house keeping, fresh towels by request only. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the cheap wall mounted containers. This hotel is terribly old and needs to be demoed.

Close to Disneyland. Can see fire works from hotel and pool.

Older hotel elevator was out of order so we had to use the stars two of the 3 days. No room service had to request towels every day. Pool was dirty with dead insects. While the view of the fire works we’re great the ash comes down on your cars and doesn’t wash off easily I have a black truck I needed to wash it twice when I came home after the three days and then wax it to get the paint back to normal

The location is perfect. Clean, nice and cozy. The pool was great a little small but nice.

The A/C only worked the first night and then stopped working the rest of our stay and they only offered to move our room but we would lose the specific room I had booked for which was view of the Disneyland fireworks.

The room was very spacious.

The bathroom was small, the door from our room to the pool didn’t work with the key card. They have 4 shuttles to Disneyland 2 very nice looking ones that didn’t move from the property, another one that is very well marked as theirs that broke down on day one then a plain fairly unmarked white one. The hotel is older and it’s time for some updating as well. Other than that it was fine.

No room service . Requested bathroom service to replenish toiletries and not all items replaced. Staff very loud in the morning. I woke up multiple times.
