Location was great! Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room = could hear people in rooms next to us and below us!

The room had a nice view of the beach and good really short walk to the beach.
The hotel was overpriced and most definitely the food was way overpriced. For the pantry items in the little store at the hotel was at least 4 times as any connivence store.

The hotel was great and staff was more then great! I found this expensive but I should have never trusted Booking.com from now on I will never book with them. They are not honest as they advertised CAD Dollars and charged me in USD and they refused to take responsibility for this. No more Booking.com for me

Excellent hospitality from the Crew , front desk was exceptional. EVELYN you were awesome, Rosa you too . The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Don’t miss the opportunity to lounge by the pool too , Andy the bartender was 360 had his attention on everything.

Location was the best, right on the beach
Room rates are just too high as compared to room
Size and facilities provided. Rooms were too small, no ventilation. Shampoo and Conditioner dispenser in the washroom did not work and even after complaint, no one replaced it. Telephones are faulty, and had to keep going up and down to request. Imagine a family of three and only 1 coffee paper glass provided with one sachet only. Even water is charged at $7.99. Its a loot.

The rooms were spacious, with lovely views. All of the rooms face the ocean. Higher floors, of course, have the most breathtaking views. Great natural light, good water pressure, comfy bed! Loved the firepit area by the pool, for evening get-togethers.
The lobby was a bit small, would have liked something more spacious. However, what was there was comfortable and accommodated groups of 16 or more at a time.

Limpeza nao foi tao regular. Nao houve troca de itens de uso diario, como copos de plastico, e bolsa para pegar gelo. Considerei o Valet com preço acima do que vi em ouros hoteis na florida, e portanto, mais caro que em outros lugares

Comfy beds, cool clean lobby, pool, location (if you like being on A1A), friendly staff.
Open concept showers, price was not there, no fitted sheet on bed, dirty sheets on bed, grout in shower was moldy/dirty, deluxe room was not so deluxe. The deluxe, and all of their levels of rooms were practically the same. Random taxes on the bill. Early check in fee, parking fee charged. Online said $250 a night came out to be charged $422.
