Pretty and clean

A little expensive for the room. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work so well. It was loud and turned on and off every few minutes

Comfy bed, everything was clean and so was the bathroom.

No internet to connect the smart tv. No one cares for tv channels, just update the streaming apps and the internet connection

clock in room had wrong time and impossible to figure out how to change the time. pool is dirty and small. breakfast buffet is profoundly overpriced and mediocre

The decor felt fresh, not dated. The beds and pillows were comfortable, with the option of firmer or softer pillows. The hotel common areas and rooms were generally clean. The free toiletries provided smelled good and felt luxurious.

The plumbing left much to be desired. Our toilet and sink both drained really slowly, and there was often shreds of toilet paper left even after flushing. The shower did not have a removable shower-head, the water temperature was incredibly difficult to adjust (going from cold to scalding without room for fine-tuning) and the water pressure was very weak - the water sort of dribbled out weakly and it took ages to take showers. Our check-in process was also less than ideal. We showed up after midnight and there was no one at the check-in counter and no way to try and get the staff (no bells or buttons or anything). We waited about ten minutes before someone (didn't look like it was his shift, but he was nice enough to help) came to help to check us in. He told us there were many weddings going on this weekend and the others were drunk...?? Even though we booked and paid in advance for a room with a King bed, we were told only at check-in that the only rooms with King beds were on the ground floor. I feel like that should have been told to us in advance or that we should have been charged less. Instead, we were left to choose at the last minute whether to stay on the ground floor or switch to two Queen beds.

Most places have a complementary breakfast, unlike here!! THAT was disappointing!!

The room we stayed in was very spacious.

The parking could use some work.

Location. Close to everything.

One of the legs to the couch was broken. They put it against the wall to hold up. very dangerous. went downstairs to warn the front desk and no one ever came to move it or offer us another room.

The parking was horrible!
