Cleanliness of the bathrooms and floors were horrible.

Found cockroach on table alive,ac unit made noise all night,curtain at window was too short and let in too much light, difficult to sleep

Ask for non smoking we got a smoking room. We did not take. He gave us 2 non-smoking, but they still smelled like smoking rooms.

I liked the area I was in and the other people staying there were sweet and there was food and a 7/11 right there I could walk too but other than that it was a terrible stay…….. I would not even recommend this hotel to a homeless person……..

Well first off we didn’t get the room we ordered or the deal they made us pay full price when we got there.they messed up our booking so instead of a smoking room we got a non smoking to start. We paid for a room that was supposed to have two queen beds but instead got one with one king. The room didn’t even look like they cleaned it at all there was puke under the refrigerator and the shower barely worked…..when you turn the lights off you can hear the roaches moving threw the room…. We even found roaches in the bed when we had to remove all the sheets and go wash them our selves because they didn’t wanna give us clean sheets…. They also tried to make me pay for my service animal to stay with us…. Half the lights didn’t even work and there was old food in the fridge…. Also you couldn’t even walk outside with out some bugging you for a ride a cigarette or anything plus they didn’t give us sheets for the pull out couch bed even only gave us one pillow for the king bed the bedding wasn’t even clean when we first got there so to be honest this is the worst one I have ever stayed at like I’ve never stayed somewhere where the roaches just walk around like there were so many in the room but after checking in we had to go to the lobby and there just as bad in there like I would not even recommend this place to a animal much less a person……

staff I am a health care provider I travel once a month when I stay I come there or with my parents staff is usually nice I called to get a late check out and they said since I wasn’t a member I couldn’t I called back to tell them I was and and it still didn’t matter I haven’t had any problems in the past 3 years until now

It's proximity to Busch gardens Housekeeping could have been better. All of the services could be cleaned much better. In trouble with electronics Overall climbiness of the room could have been better

The refrigerator didn't work and the tv worked when it wanted to the phone didn't work in the room to call the front office.

The cleanness of the room. There are several German roaches in the room, and they got to my suitcase. Blood stains on the sheet of the bed and smelly comforter.

pretty dirty, stay was booked diff on the back end with booking.com so our rooms weren’t same. smells and sounds travel up from room below immediately. hot water smells terrible. burn marks in everything. told that back building is all drugs.

location was good. not far from restaurants, etc

booked a king room for 2 nights just to arrive and they tell me they gave the room away because I didn’t arrive by 6pm, but my apologies for being stuck in traffic 🙃 so they gave me a double room. room was not thoroughly clean but I always bring cleaning products and disinfect spray with me. my spouse & I are sitting up in the bed watching a movie and he starts to complain about a bug bite. minutes later I start feeling my lower back start to itch! we jumped out the bed quick and turned on the lights just to discover a bed bug crawling through the sheets 😖 the best part, I got a $18 refund for what I went through! YAYYY! if you do decide to stay, PLEASE check your room thoroughly.
