Location, bed and bedding, pet-friendly, shower/bathtub had plenty of hot water, pool was open, clean water and new lounge chairs, plenty of parking.

Facilities are worn, bedroom ceiling had black splotches and bits of the popcorn ceiling had fallen off.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

First off, your site list an outdoor pool, which is one reason I booked it. Guess what, NO POOL! Staff informed me that they have emailed this to Booking.com & it has not been updated. Next, the room was a total train wreck!! Sticking doors, musty & moldy ceilings & walls throughout. The bathroom door wouldn't even close. Also, the toilet wobbled everytime you sat down.

Dirty towels. Not convinced room had been cleaned fully from previous occupants. Rooms smelled damp and foisty. Dodgy area, felt very unsafe with doors opening straight to outside, people ‘hanging out’ nearby. Didn’t feel safe. We found another hotel and checked out of Red Toof Inn a couple of hours after checking in. It cost us a nights stay for 2 rooms.

Free pet stay, floors were wood not carport, smelled clean

Woke up to bed bug bites all over me, told front desk and they didn’t seem to care .. also not a safe area it seemed, lots of people walking around that were not tourist and people blasting loud music at night and people staying there giving us dirty looks.. we ended up setting up a security camera off one of our phones during days we were out and had to leave our dog in hotel, that’s how uncomfortable we felt

HOUSE KEEPING KNOCKING ON MY DOOR @ 10AM

I really did not like anything about the room except it did a refrigerator and microwave that wasn't very clean.

I did not like that the room was so dusty and the toilet didn't half flush. The room was nothing like the online pictures. It wasn't clean, I had to wipe down the sink before using it. No pool access or continental breakfast as stated online. Just very disappointed all around.

Price and location

Musky, the second level room above us was loud. Very heavy walkers.
