The hotel beds were amazing and so was the location.

The bar and restaurant service was abysmal. Could be due to understanding, could be from lack of concern. Took 35 minutes to get truffle fries that just got sat on the counter in a bag and never told us it was ready. The valet parking is annoying, it took us almost an hour from 11:40 at check out to 12:30ish to get the car. Carpets were stained pretty bad, but other than that, it was okay.

Nice gym, decent breakfast.

WiFi is not free and it’s $40/day for parking. They kill you in parking fees.

the bathrooms were old and outdated. Paying over $500 for one night and the room being less than luxurious is disappointing.

The location to downtown was nice. The views of the Bay was also a plus.

The room was dark and drab. There was an unpleasant odor present in the room. The bathroom countertop was cracked. The shower rod was handing crooked off the wall. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were broken. There was residue stuck on the bedside stands. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. There were several lights in the hallways that were broken. The pool was closed for refurbishment and wasn’t listed on the website. We feel like we paid too much for too little.

The bed sheets were not clean and the bathroom shower had mold.
