the motel sets in a big empty lot with nothing around. I literally seen three roaches during my stay despite wiping everything down when I first arrived. I also had to connect cable box to tv myself

Found multiple roaches and dead bugs in the room during my 2 nights stay. The ac unit was dirty and disgusting and the staff were quite rude

Location was acceptable

The place was filthy, infested with fleas, house flies, floors sticky. The toilet had a black ring around it. This place needs to be demolished.

Super close to Rowan and half the price of the on campus hotel

Nice big room and bed. Very clean.

Could have been brighter. And some of the sockets didn't work

nothing! they advertised as being at the university, which is not true..

This place was horrible. From the disinfectant spray they use everywhere including the bed to the fan in the bathroom squealed so bad it was better not to ever turn it on. This was more like at 50 bucks at best a night room but we paid much more. the room lighting was so bad that even with all lights on you just couldn't see even during the day unless you left your curtain open for the world to see. Plus I had requested a handicap room months ago and the hotel called us about 1/2 hour before leaving our home to travel for our sons wedding to advise us they didn't have handicap rooms. It was a bit late at that point nor were we offered a refund Somewhere in the middle of the night while we were sleeping we had a hard loud banging knock on our door that woke me and than another. I wasn't about to get up and open it than our room phone rang and the said I have the towels you needed urgently. My husband told him it was not us. It was had enough getting to sleep with the smell and the lack of A/C yes it worked we had it on 67 and still not cold. I couldn't even shower in the morning due to not even a blow dryer in the room. not NO Frills for sure and I am disappointed with booking.com they should let you know more so that this is a dive

the owner of the hotel was upset because I used the Booking.com and didn’t pay him directly and he was very rude to me and my cousin he was more worried about me giving him a 50& deposit more than anything the room had roaches and ive stayed there two times and I asked for a lower room because I’m handicapped and he didn’t care didn’t even try to help me with a lower room told me that if I was going to stay past the time I requested then he would try to get me a lower room I have a very expensive show car that I was in town for a show and I parked on the last spot and after a large truck had parked next to me I couldn’t see the car the owner yelled at me and I told him that I have to watch my car incase of people parking to close to me and damaging it so I moved forward of the spot and parked on the grass and he let me know that no matter what could happen to my car he wasn’t going to be responsible for it and pointed out the signs that said it and told me that if I didn’t like it I could leave he also insulted my cousin and told her that if I didn’t give him the 20$ I owed him to complete the 50$ he requested that he wasn’t going to let her take our luggage this motel isn’t the kind of place we are used to staying at I was trying to save my money on a room that I could get for 4 days and I didn’t want to spend 8or 9 hundred dollars for so I was trying to save money but now I realize you get what you pay for this man is a thug trying to get the money money from customers and couldn’t care less about the quality of stay you deserve for your money I promised him I would never stay with his motel again

Comfortable bed and pillow

Very noisy and very dirty floors. No coffee or place close enough to buy a cup without a car.

we were happy with the property I was able to safely walk my dog and the employees were very friendly one of them helped me with my luggage and was very nice about doing it

it was nice and clean friendly staff

I saw a bug in the bathroom and the loud noises from other people and the price little high
