Very dirty

The stay was good overall. It was affordable.

The first impression of the receptionist wasn't too great when checking in. Kind of off putting. The manager and other staffs were very friendly and did a wonderful job with towel and cleaning requests.

Property needs to be updated a little bit.

Door to bathroom didn’t work. Phone in the room didn’t work.

Absolutely filthy and run down hotel. Doors falling apart, blood and feces spread on the wall next to the toilet. Shower head wouldn't move, and was virtually pointed at the wall at the far end of the shower. Floor was dirty. No elevator if you have lots of luggage or are handicapped and cant use stairs Do not recommend especially if you have kids

The staff is very friendly

pillows in the bedroom, felt lumpy and stiff. difficult getting comfortable to sleep. Bathroom door to shower had difficulty shutting. Base of bathtub had cracks in it. Bathroom tub, while showering had evident water damage, and I slightly felt like I was stepping on a waterbed. The website advertise free breakfast however, that was disappointing because everything they offered was no different than what I could get at a Kwik star gas station. I was expecting for breakfast at least something similar to bagels, eggs sausage some type of waffles anything like that. Instead, it was a lot of pre-packaged breakfast items, fresh fruit, and the cereal dispenser didn’t work very well. The orange juice in the dispenser tasted nasty.

The room was clean.

It was very very loud all night… mostly other guests slamming doors, people yelling at each other, dogs barking. The staff did not seem very attentive to the noise, and also, we went to the front desk at five minutes before checkout and had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to come back to the desk and help us. It was a little weird to only have two towels and three pillows too.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable. There was everything I needed and I slept really well on the beds.

The building itself needed a lot of repairs and love, but I’d still come back
