Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom in the room was dirty when we arrived. Elevator didn’t work 3/4 of the time we were there.

my friend got locked in the elevator, which I know things like that happen but the staff knew it was broken and didn’t put a sign or anything on the elevators saying it was broken! Then come to find out our room was clearly not cleaned cause we found a syringe in our room!! I was disgusted and I will never go back there again!!

Terrific staff, especially Clo, who made me breakfast! Front desk staff engaging and funny and good at their jobs. Fantastic breakfast. Very reasonable $25 pet fee. Nice Paul Mitchell shampoos and nice photos on guest room wall.

Facility was horrible! Stained old carpet. Bathtub badly in need of resurfacing with mold on the caulking. I wouldn’t even bathe in it. Terrible pillows. Very thin walls where you hear everything next door.

The staff is very friendly and professional, plenty of parking and check in was a breeze. All requests are met with good energy and professional behavior and solutions.

Our bathroom smelled of urin to a degree that was noxious. The bed was old, sagging and collapsed in the middle, we were offered a cot but being very tall that would have made it worse. Breakfast is basic at best better stick to the Starbucks nearby. The carpets are old and look dirty. The entire place needs a deep cleaning and much needed repairs.

Everything was great. The staff were amazing as well

I did not like paying Booking.com almost $40 more than if I had contacted the hotel directly. Will not use a third party ever again.

some furnishings looked tired. Nice TV station options(DISH) but tv was very small for the size room(King suite)

Breakfast was great

Breakfast was ok until I saw unsanitary conditions from kitchen staff. Kitchen staff unwilling to help me after I asked for help and explained that I was visually impaired. Very rude!!

housekeeping entering my room at 7:55 a.m. I wasn't quite out of bed yet. Did not have a do not disturb placard on the door handle. Kelly who informed me that there was a smaller sign somewhere near the door. This happened after I informed the front desk that I was visually impaired. She then began to yell at me because I asked her to ask housekeeping not to enter without me asking for their services. She attracted several guest and other employees never intervened in correcting this very embarrassing and inappropriate behavior stating that she would never correct her employees and that she( housekeeping had every right to enter my room. I never asked for her to be disciplined just to not enter my room the way she did.

I liked the room ,breakfast was good

the bathroom was small,the hot water wasn’t working well when I was taking my shower. The facility and their elevator not that great because it look very old. They could renovate and make it more pleasant

The bathroom. The shower floor was not stable. Certainly a fall risk for anyone not steady on their feet. No shampoo or conditioner.

I found a lot of random hairs in my room and my toilet didn’t flush all the way
