Breakfast was good. Location was great. Easy to get back on interstate. Room was clean. Bed linen was clean.

Front desk was no where to be found. One towel looked dirty, had stains on it. Bed was not comfortable. Had to sleep in middle to keep from rolling off the side. They were mowing grass outside our room at 8:30 at night.

I liked everything about this hotel --we have stayed there before. It is clean, easy to get into, safe, good breakfast, very clean and spacious rooms!

only one slight complaint--the mattress on our king bed was a bit worn out. We did not have this issue before--I suspect it was that one room

The location was great. The check in/out was easy. The room was clean. I appreciated being given the choice of the hotel floor to stay on. I have been traveling a lot recently and this is not the norm. I wish it was though.

I wish they had extra blankets in the room as our room was cold. It was a very raining evening and the room cold. We arrived late so an extra blanket would have been appreciated. In the morning my daughter was awoken to knocking and four ladies standing in the door. They were training new cleaning employees, and left soon after my daughter opened the door. We had a “do not disturb” sign on the door so I thought this was rude. The only other thing I think they could improve on is more fresh fruit for breakfast, and honey for the tea and oatmeal.

An accommodation with a bedroom and a door at a reasonable rate is great.

Some how a complete breakfast , maybe $10 more would've acceptable.

No consistancy in charging a cash deposit . We were with a group , we were the only ones charged. They said incase we damaged room. We were 2 50 yr old a74 yr and 9 yr old SO Really ?

We specifically picked a hotel with a pool so kiddos could have some swim time after a long drive. The pool room was large and clean with plenty of towels stocked only downside was a pool water was a bit cool.

Property was nice and conveniently located off highway. Decent Mexican restaurant right across parking lot!

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately, I was placed in room with adjoining door to the room next door. The people in that room BLASTED the television ALL NIGHT; it never went off! I contacted staff but nothing changed. In this day and age, there was no way I was approaching them directly; you never know who has a gun and will shoot you. My daughter and I got little, if any, sleep as a result. The hotel had plenty of rooms, so putting us next to a room with adjoining door was not necessary and would have made a big difference with regard to sound barrier.

The room was clean, large and breakfast was good. There's a Mexican restaurant alongside the hotel parking lot, which for us was a pleasant surprise. Very good, reasonably-priced food.

The room was very spacious -- far more than what we needed. Perhaps this was why the cost of the room was a bit excessive compared to other hotels in the same class.

The bathroom was filled with nice quality towels and very clean. However, no one in the staff had noticed that the tub had no way of being filled. No working stainless steel linkage nor any stopper??? Admittedly, we checked in early (4:30 pm) and the shower curtain was hanging over the shower curtain rail suggesting someone perhaps was signaling the need for further attention. Still....
