The staff was exceptionally kind, but our room was pretty dirty and smelled like urine.

The bathroom was filthy and had a bad odor. The rooms had paper thin walls and you could hear the people nextdoor flush their toilets.

It is a great location off the highway. Clean rooms and staff was friendly.

This place was a hidden gem in our trip to Michigan. By far our favorite hotel. Very clean and organized. The staff was very attentive and helpful to any problems.

Tv didn’t work and they would not change rooms.

it was pretty. the breakfast was lovely.

I did have heat. I had a total of four rooms. it was very loud in the hall. the fridge was gross. dirty towels in the bathroom from previous guests on the shower. up all night from neighbors. elevator dining all night long. told staff about issues. twice. didn’t seem to care. at all. also refused a half hour late check out.

Liked the hot tub and breakfast. Overall decor of a mountain lodge. Beds were comfy.

Floor in our room looked dirty upon check-in. Short curly hairs all over the shower tub, male beard trimmings all over the back of the sink, food or something gross not cleaned from under the sink. Refrigerator was missing a leg. If it were cleaned, should that not be something that is already noted and fixed before the next guest checks in. Also, a large group was also staying at the same time. They took over the entire eating area, pushing most of the tables together and using others to lay out food. There was no place for anyone else to use the space. It would have been nice for management to say, leave 3 tables so the other guests at the hotel can have a place to sit and eat dinner.

The breakfast was amazing!! Best I have ever had in any state or vacation!!

The beds were stiff as boards and caused my back and neck to hurt.

No cleaning of the room during our stay. In the bathroom, there was an empty wrapper from the previous occupants.

Pool/hot tub. Rooms are nice and the hotel is quiet. The breakfast was great and had many options to choose from.

Staff was not friendly. I brought my service dog. Was told to remove the dog and charged 240.00 extra. On top of my booking said 309 total but was charged 334.69. Never again

outside flower beds and walkways needed attention.
