Comfortable, clean and spacious

The breakfast was one of the best out there. It was changed up every day.

That security deposit was required and has taken a long time in being removed. Took 2 days to get a broken toaster replaced.

Beds were awful. Room smelled like cat urine. Pool & Spa was closed. Wouldn't recommend!

The breakfast choices were good. My room was very clean and comfortable and included extra towels folded in decorative ways.

The refrigerator was very cold, so I had to turn the temperature down.

I wish I they would hurry up and put my deposit back on my card it's been 9 days and they said 5 till 7 days and I still have not gotten my deposit

I liked the fact that I didn't arrive until midnight and the guy on the front desk was very helpful.

outside a little sketchy especially at night, the emergency door on the side of the building is unlocked when it should be locked. couldn’t find the desk person at night to tell them. room smelled heavily of chemicals and spray, bathroom smelled moldy, the lady who checked us in was rude to my spouse, when down for breakfast and there was no hot food left in the dishes and I could see the lady microwaving everything to put it out.

I don't like the fact that I am on the "DONT RENT LIST" Which I find so unfair I never caused any problems and always paid on time and kept my rooms clean they said because I had to much quests I didn't think we were limited to how many quests we were aloud to have .I notified the front desk ahead of time about their would possibly be a lot of quests because we had just had a family death and our family and friends would be stopping by .I did know a few of the other quests staying their as well how ever they left their rooms when checking out or if they caused problems has nothing to do with me.

Pretty worn out. Needed to shift heavy furniture in order to plug in the microwave. ‘Airport shuttle’ = Uber or Lyft, paid by motel during specific daylight hours. Early AM trip was not.

Nothing

The property was dark and dingy and didn't feel like a safe area. Shortly after checking in, we went out to get dinner. When we returned, the power was out for the entire hotel. When my wife and I decided this was not a safe environment for our small children. When I approached the hotel staff to let them know we would not be staying there, they confirmed that we would receive a refund. We would emphatically recommend others to find somewhere else to stay when in the area.

Smelled too much like cleaning supplies and a bit musty in my room.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms clean.

Alot of strange people hanging out last night was horrible the neighbors played loud music and kept banging around complained twice and on 3 time requested a new room which was inconvenient
