There was nothing to like. The room was disgusting and looked like a roach motel.

Everything was dirty. There were no pillows on the bed. There were holes in the bed. I could not sleep there. I canceled my stay and still have not received my Refund. This place is a roach motel and is not sanitary.

Location,quietness at night

I have stayed there many many times and had no problem with the front desk being rude to me but this one time when I was checking in the New girl at the front desk was extremely rude so rude to where she threatened to call the police all because I want to speak to a manager at 2:00 a.m. she stated there was not a manager at 2:00 a.m. also I booked my room online so that way I wouldn't have to wake up early on my one day off to go to the front desk and pay for another night well I guess because I didn't go down to the front desk after I had already paid for the nights they charged me $25 just because I didn't go down to the front desk and let them know that I was still there the room was already paid for so even if I wasn't there what is the big deal this will probably be the last time I ever stay here again

It was ok

The floor was unsanitary and the shower was not hot, no one came and cleaned the room, or took the trash or towels or bedding.

The loud woman who kept getting louder and louder all night long until she finally got worn out and went to sleep

Dirty bathroom, black hairs in the bathroom and on the floor in the main room. Dirty table, boxspring looks disgusting, toilet paper holder was broken. Hallways leading to the elevator smelled absolutely horrible

The staff and the proximity to the airport

The property, the loitering, the room wasn't clean, the furniture was outdated. The comforter had cigarette burns. The mattress had stains. The air conditioning was broken.

It was definitely NOT as advertised. Bad location & we did not feel safe with the clientele wondering around the facility.

the rooms was dirty, bed sheets weren’t even on correct. bathroom looked as if it has not been cleaned. smelt of smoke in the room. outside appeared to look ok until you got into room!

The Office manager and Clerk where nice that always took care of any matters.

The House keepers did not sweep the floor or table tops left a Bloody pillow n my Room

The room was old and dated. The place smelled like Marijuana and was not in the best area, yet the price did not reflect that.

Rooms were filthy, people were loud and obnoxious drinking and partying in the parking lot, drug activity was going on and lots of homeless and dope heads were in the stairwells getting high.
