Had fleas in our room. Got eat up every night.

walls are thin you can hear all noise!!!! super loud above us kept waking us up slamming stuff around and walking it woke us up multiple times!

Room was in poor condition, mini fridge was leaking, breakfast was almost non existent and no staff could be found in the morning at all

Smelled bad. The smell of food cooking overtop of old musty smell. Just not comfortable and owners weren't polite or welcoming. Just weird vibe. The lock at top was broken/ripped out so didn't feel safe. Fingerprints, dust, sticky on remote and phone. Stains on top bed blanket. I cried because I couldn't cancel or get refunded and we had to stay in this nightmare place. Pic online doesn't look like the run down place in person. Elevator was terrifying.

The location was acceptable. That is the only thing I can think of.

I have stayed at many hotels in the evansville area and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. The smallest room I have ever seen and lacked maintenance. I found one German cockroach in room and that is totally unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The lady at the desk was nice

It did not have a pool as per the website. My linens were dirty. Would give us more towels or pillows.. loud environment
