Room was dirty, stains on walls, stains in bathroom walls, the rooms do not look anything like the pictures posted, microwave was setting on a chair not on a table, the parking lot had a lot of trash laying round,

Don't believe I was offered Breakfast and the Location is what makes it one of the better places to stay

Add a Lounger or loveseat Add an Airfryer since there is Freezer Space there for items not microwavable Make an effort to promote food delivery services

Pet friendly but no place to walk your dog. The room was filthy, holes in the wall, bugs, bugs, bugs!!!!!!!

They lied regarding breakfast they didn’t serve breakfast!!

Everything could of been better! Lied about breakfast there were none, Pool is not open either! You pay for a lie, they have fleas everywhere my legs are eaten up and we’re bleeding! Beds are covered in dog hair and human hair not clean! Literally dog hair embedded in the blankets nasty! Bathroom is covered in hair as well not cleaned! They switched my room and it’s the same! I left couldn’t stay they promised to give me a refund I paid two nights! Now only wanting to give 1 night back bc I paid thru a third party Wth!? I didn’t stay they are disgusting and I’m praying I didn’t get body lice or etc ewww

The facility was dirty and room needs renovations, I will not stay here again, I honestly didn't feel safe

Everything else Put it this way, it's the first hotel I've ever slept with MY CLOTHES ON!

I was told their was a over schedule booking for that day and had to find a different place to stay for the night was very disappointed in knowing that I had two days prior and still had to find a different room for the night

Location.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke and mold. Front of refrigerator was rusty. Room was filthy. No shampoo or soap. Dirty and unclean bath and floors. Non skid strips in tub were non existent. Lamp flickered and no socket to plug in the other wall lamp.

The guy at the check in was rude and after I used my card there It has been used multiple times from someone in that location had to get a new card and waiting on money to be returned.

it seemed like only kids were running the place. the room I had was missing a tv remote some of the outlets didn’t work and hardly any of the lights would come on and the bathroom looked dirty when we first got there and the tub looked like it was growing mold
