umm it had a little kitchen and a real refrigerator

the first room we was in the bathroom stunk really horrible and the phone didn't work room #339. the hallways stank so nasty and no ventilation what so ever made me throw up

The people working there were very nice and the room itself was god , bed was comfortable . only had an issue with the toilet and key to get in .

we couldn’t get into our room in the beginning because the key didn’t work , they said it should’ve worked and it was the systems, give it a few hours because they’re card worked . eventually the next day it worked after we talked to someone else . There was people out side standing around smoking and just hanging out . The toilet took forever to fully flush and it got clogged by the second day .

I felt welcomed

staff was exceptional.

the bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly.

Window was left open and soo many bugs in the room. broken door lock, smoke detector kept beeping(got it fix),

workers were great.

hobos hanging around, felt very uncomfortable.

room smelled like cigarette so I asked to be moved rooms. was moved rooms but to a queen bed when I originally paid for a king. was not reimbursed any price difference if there was one.

I specifically picked this hotel because of their kitchenette in the rooms. But when i arrived the area had a lot of homeless and syringe drug needles in the parking lot. I knew it was not a good spot. I could see the swimming pool from where i parked and it was swampy and dirt everywhere. We walked in and it smelled like bad body oder and cleaning solution trying to cover up. The front desk was not very attentive she kept answering the phone mid conversation. She tried her best to multitask but was not professional. The rooms had no cooking utensils or cooking pots not even a cup to drink out of. They should let people know to pack their own kitchen up before coming. Also they were short on housekeepers. The tv's did not work. No WiFi available. I came for a big surgery from out of town and i needed a sanitary place to recover. Their online pictures are very deceiving. Do not stay here you will end up with Hep-C or worse HIV from stepping on a dirty needle. It was a nice area but sad that it looked like the Projects or a ghetto section 8 apartment complex.

The whole place was unsanitary. I wouldn't even step on the floor without my shoes. Or step into the showers without shower shoes. The dressers looked like they picked up random furniture from the side of the road. Beds were flimsy and sheets had pubic hairs on it. We ran from that place. Stayed an hour and checked out. Our stat was suppose to be 10 days.

Location.

My room was clean and comfortable but the hallways and exterior were filthy. There is a lot deferred maintance at this property. It allows pets, dog barking could be heard all of the time. The front yard area is littered with dog feces and run down. Seems to be a resident hotel for some.

It was dirty & the hallways & room smelled so bad! You guys say it's non smoking but people still smoke. Our room smelled like cigarettes. The smell penetrated our clothes & my throat was burning because of the cigarette smell. I'm not a smoker & i smelled like one. One of the lights was not working

Liked that there was an elevator and the facilities looked fairly clean on the outside.

Did not like that not everything in my room worked and that it was difficult to get ahold of staff.

Paid $130 to listen to the Freeway traffic all night. If you're going to build next to a freeway at least put in some sound deadening.

Too much freeway noise. No ice machine. Breakfast was a granola bar, really????
