The location was perfect, The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only part that was an inconvenience, was only having one working elevator. I did however use your stairway a few times and it was nice and clean.

Disappointed we did not get to partake in the evening snack buffet, cocktails or morning breakfast. Our schedule was tight but enjoyed our stay immensely.

poorly marked off busy, fast interstate. local requirements prohibit large, visible signage. it is very easy to drive by before recognizing. it is difficult to navigate back to the property.

access via the I-45 service road would benefit from additional signage. Having stayed in similar properties over the past year, I had expectations of Drury Inn which met mid-level hotels in national chains. This hotel was much cleaner, better staffed, and a far superior pool and workout room. Bedding and towels were properly laundered as well as being higher quality than other brands I have stayed this year. Flooring was immaculate whether hard surface or carpeting. The staff were all knowledgeable, efficient, and gracious. I will stay there again any time I need to be near The Woodlands.
