The set up of the casino games and the food courts. Plus enjoyed all the focus on native american artifacts.

The food and entertainment. The employees are very nice to approach and the location of the resort was beautiful.

I loved that I felt comfortable and the staff was always kind and very helpful wherever we went. The casino was beautiful, definitely not lacking luster and despite other people's opinions I love that there was a smoking area I can't believe it they have been taking it out of casinos everywhere lately
Well, the carpets could use a deep clean, they make sure you don't have a microwave in your room so you will use their restaurants and it could be more kid friendly. You can't hook up any game systems so kids have nothing to do. Even the TV is a bore. Only basic channels. You can't even sign into your Netflix or Roku. My kids were bored the whole trip sadly so I probably won't return. Also, the machines were oddly more unkind then other casinos I have been to.

The Huckleberry Deli is awesome.
Their 2 'pool' towels they put in the room for you are the size of a hair towel or a towel for a 2 year old.

our room heater was broken, so it would t shut off making it very very hot, also our bed was super hard.

it was big and and rooms were ok there was a lot to offer but…
it wasn’t the cleanest our room and toilet used paper stuck to the walls and stains on the sheets the casein was big and exciting but put in a few hundred dollars and spread it around and walked away with nothing no machine would even let me play for a bit and the food places were all not very good except one

Booking.com did not follow thru with a request, but a supervisor was able to remedy the situation even though it wasn't easy. Staff is extremely helpful.
Follow thru from booking.com to ensure my special request was indeed approved. I even received a confirmation email regarding my special request.

I didn’t have breakfast or know it was even offered
The room is old and run down. It heating/cooling system was OFF
when I checked in and it took all night to warm up for comfort.
First time staying here and I hear the rooms in Spa tower are nicer and newer.

Breakfast was awesome both days. Waitresses were super and very accommodating! Early dinner was also great!! Our room was easy to get too especially for my husband. Beds were very comfy and lots of pillows.
It would have been nice to have a rail in the shower for safety. Hard for 70-year-old folks to get in and out of it.
