Friendly reception, fast check in and check out, clean/beautiful room.

Room was newly painted and clean ; bed linens etc clean Breakfast was hot and choices were available.

One small elevator. Towels very thin. Bathroom floor could use a deep clean

not enough towels in room initially. We stayed in a suite and had to go downstairs for linens for the 3rd bed.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff,especially the wonderful lady at the front desk, were the nicest, friendliest, staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Absolutely amazing!!!

The breakfast was very good, better than I expected. The room was excellent and the staff very friendly.

This was the best hotel stay we've had in a long time. I can't think of anything that could have been better for us.

The staff were all very pleasant, breakfast was good. Location is perfect for visiting our college kids.

The air conditioner was squeaking, the fan would not work, and I could not get hot water to come out of the sink. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and they made everything right. Kudos to them for customer service/satisfaction recovery.

Antonio was very nice and helpful. friendly, helpful housekeeping staff. good breakfast.
