It was clean and close to family activities

only thing i didn’t like, was there wasn’t any hot water downstairs for the refreshments. other than that everything was fine

Mister Rodriguez the manager was so nice and pleasant. Told him I will be back soon because of him

The staff were very nice.

The hallway esp the second floor smells old. The breakfast is so so. Not much option. The sofa bed is old and you can feel the spring already.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, spacious lounge area and bathroom, and well appointed kitchen. The breakfast was nice with a variety of hot and cold options. We didn’t use the pool, whirlpool, fitness room, or grill area but they all looked well maintained.

It’s not possible to walk anywhere (shops, restaurants) directly from the hotel but most things are a short drive away.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Generous rooms. Good parking near the room and pleasant staff. Great value for money.

A little tricky to find. It's located at the end of an obscure cul-de-sac.

old, stained carpets in the room, hot tube was not working, very loud machinery noise in pool

Loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were nice enough. We liked being able to walk to the mall.

None of the staff were very friendly. Also no sheets on the pull out couch, we had to go ask for them.

Room facility was good, just no safe!

there were so many children in the room next door. they were leaping about and banging on my wall. I did tell someone. I am still waiting for the hotel response

The bathrooms were modern and clean. The linens were good quality and the beds very comfortable.

The room main room and kitchen were in bad condition. Frayed carpet, stained couch, worn out appliances and sparse serving and eating equipment, what was available was mismatched and in poor condition. No breakfast was served, Nothing! We were told the night before that because of staffing issues there would be not hot service, but a Grab and Go would be available. There was nothing to grab and go except left over 3 slices of stale bread and 2 croissants from the day before. The General Manager handled our issues professionally, but after we had already paid and left for our next location.

Nice location. Size of the room. Staff friendliness were all pluses. This place is definitely set up for the multiple day stay type traveler.

Bed was a bit stiff for my liking. Pillows were also a bit firmer than I like. Smell of cigarette when exiting the elevator on the third floor. All things that are no fault of the hotel, just not my personal preferences.

I left the tax exempt form at your front desk and when I received my email it had the taxes included. It took a while to get it straightened out.
