Location, Comfort, Elderly Gentleman that Works the Front Desk is so Pleasant.

The Young Lady That Worked the Weekend Day shift, got thing's all mixed up with my card they tried to Over Charge me. It was a confusion she wasn't professional at all. I was disappointed. Also upon arrival I had to call back downstairs to the front desk because my room had a Stinking Smell in it. The Carpet was Dirty. I wasn't impressed.

Breakfast was the best part

It was great we got our room upgraded upon checking into the hotel, but it was a major disappointment otherwise. There was dust all over covering the nightstands. There were clumps of dust on the carpet, There were blood stains on the kleenex holder in the bathroom. Hair in the shower and when I ran the shower against the back wall black stuff was coming from the bottom. No body wash was in the dispenser in the shower. The bed was noisy and not comfortable. This will be my first and last time staying here. Also the fan was noisy and we were unable to shut it off. When we opened the cover it fell off.

Nothing to complain.

Beds were comfortable, staff was amazing and most of all loved the space in the room such as the desk, full-size refrigerator and all the little extras that they provided. These included a set of dishes, cups, mugs, bowls, cutlery, paper towels and so much more.

The only Issue was the air freshener that the use or scented products in front reception area, hallways in the rooms itself. It causes a person with asthma extreme breathing issues. They should avoid using these products and the room would be so much better.

The location was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The little kitchen area was a great touch! The breakfast in the morning I would rate as fair but the staff was overwhelmingly nice and helpful!
