The Location .

It was extremely dirty my room seem to not be cleaned with food dirt and hair all over the floor broken light smelled like mildew tub was clogged when you flushed the toilet water shot out the back of the toilet and hit the wall ! No trash bags in trash cans outlets covers falling off the wall . Our door was not opening for a good 4 mins beds definitely was not changed . No soap in the bathroom . I’ve been trying to contact managers there to get this resolved and I have yet been contacted back . Extremely disappointing! I have multiple health issues including heart disease and I definitely did not need to change rooms and smell extreme mildew dirty smell . This was by far thee most worse place I have ever stayed at the valve was definitely not worth almost 300 dollars a night. I had to change rooms at 12 am in the morning which is when we went to hotel after our event . What was suppose to be a relaxing great experience with my friends because we for sure needed that ended up being our worse nightmare !

Closeness to MVP arena. Location, being able to pick my own room with the Hilton app was amazing, friends also stayed there the same night and we were able to pick rooms right next to each other, and have connecting rooms. Hotel staff was great when the app wasn’t working.

Only complaint was a bar tender that was a little rude.

There is so much room for improvement in the overall cleaninnes of the place and the quality of air.

Close to mvp arena Easy to park

We could hear the people in the next room talking about sensitive political subjects and that is pretty annoying when you’re trying to unwind. For the rate I shouldn’t hear anything from another room.

Near the MVP Arena

Rooms were not very clean. Elevators were slow to get back to our room after the event. 1 elevator at a time for hundreds of people, took over 30m to get back to our room. Also, the hygiene products were empty when we got in the room.

Check in was very long, staff would have you come up and you stood there for like 15 minutes while they were trying to find rooms for others. Restaurants that were advertised open were closed, no restaurants were open around the hotel.

Pay for parking, nobody told me I needed room key to get out of parking lot, got the farthest room from the elevator

I didn’t get the room I booked on booking! The room they gave me when I got there was already occupied! Next room was dirty had fecal particles in the toilet floor was dirty counter was dirty.
