Roomy, clean, comfortable mattress, great coffee and breakfast, great staff
NOISE. It seems the walls are paper thin. One night the man next to me made conference calls loudly for hours. Another night it was a guy vomiting and moaning.

El hotel estaba muy limpio con empleados generalmente serviciales. Muy corteses. A mi esposa y a mi nos mucho el desayuno y el Happy Hour / Picadera.
Me preocupó mucho q no nos suplieron papel higiénico durante nuestra estancia. Se muy bien q lo pude haber solicitado en recepción pero pienso q debe ser suplido por los empleados. Además tuve q pedir café para l habitación. Tampoco se suplió.

The pool outside was green. It needs Clarifier. To clean it up.
I did see maintenance Sunday morning checking chlorine levels.
But failed to add any clarifier.

we like the availability of a reasonably priced suite to give us extra room.
we have been stay at this hotel for many years and it is deteriorating. some of the room furniture is showing signs of wear. the charming amenities like popcorn and fresh waffles have been eliminated.

Room was clean like always. Front desk was helpful.
The 9th floor smelled like marijuana as soon as you got off the elevator. I asked for help with our toilet but only had a plunger dropped off a the door, noticed it once I was leaving to check out. I was supposed to get a handicap room but didn't get it due to "it wasn't ready". So i settled for a regular room 912 on the 9th floor, because I was going to be late for church service.

The hotel is fantastic at first sight, walking in took our breath away. Even have a station set up for your laptop giving privacy if your on a business trip.
Nothing to dislike. Pool and hot tubs on the roof of the fifth floor gorgeous. Absolutely nothing to dislike!!

It's a great hotel! Room was very clean (Double queen suite with sofabed), the bathroom was very clean as well, all the facilities were in a good condition, well maintained, the garage parking is very useful, the food is awesome: The breakfast had just about everything you could want (fruit, coffee, eggs, sausages, biscuits, bagels, bread, muffins, juice, etc.). The kickback time (17:30 - 19:00) included up to 3 cocktails per person (controlled by a 'drink card'), a very nice dinner, including not only hot dogs and sodas, but also soup, entrees and sides. It's a great value too. I would definitely stay there again.
They need to clean behind and under the furniture in the rooms, some (very dirty I might add) guests left trash in some hidden places, and we found it when looking for an earring. Maybe they could carry out extensive cleaning of the rooms like, quarterly, or something like that. Otherwise, the hotel looks great, feels great, and is located in a good area.
