Clerk was very rude

Very clean room. The paint is fresh and clean. No insects. Clean smell. Freshly tiled bathroom. I liked that there was no carpeting on the floor. Had a microwave and small fridge. The bed was extra firm, but I prefer that. The rooms were made up daily. The rooms have basic simple decor but are undergoing upgrades and will be better when new furniture is in. The owners were friendly.

The room.lacked a closet. I assume in the renovations one will be installed. There was no ice machine. The raised planters in front of the rooms mostly are bare dirt and need bushes or flowers. The fridge didn't work, but they replaced it the next day.

The entire property is a large renovation/construction site.

I like that they still offered smoking rooms

No coffee pot or amenities in the rooms The beds were horrible and the sheets were wore out And I've seen 2 c*** roaches

What I like the most is this hotel has a smoking room

No coffee pot in the room, No closet to hang clothes up no hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothes up. ( Also I've seen 2 cockroaches in our hotel room during our stay NOT GOOD)

The room was clean. The bathroom is spacious enough, and the bed of the king size, as promised. Everything met the expectations. No weird stuff, no smells. The place is totally fine for a night rest; nothing else to do there.

The staff on check-in wasn't very welcoming. I could guess it related to the experience with some guests, but I was not sure it should have spilled on me. Security deposit terms were unclear, but the deposit was returned immediately after check-out.
