The staff is amazing and caring. Mr Luke is heaven sent. And Mr Sam is a sweet man as well.

The staff as always , and Luke made sure that my stay was accommodated. And I will be booking again soon.

The lights in the room worked

The check in process. There was a $10.00 security cash only security deposit. I'm not sure what $10 is supposed to do, why it's cash only, and why staff surprises you after I already paid for the room. The heat and ac did not work. The TV did not work. The alarm clock did not work. The shower had a terrible angle towards the lower body. The room had an odor. There was a large stain on the carpet, which I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it does look like blood. Their linens and towels were also stained. I got to the hotel after 10pm and leaving first the in the morning, I wasn't looking for a lot, just a place to sleep, but omg, this was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They have a no refund policy or I would have left and went somewhere else.

I like how clean the property and the rooms were and the staff was very friendly and respectful

Was nasty rude people and still have not received refund. It's theft. I will not be using booking.com in the future at all if I do not get refunded. G Horrible experience and big waste of my time. Not happy 😒
