everything was fine except the ac was turned off and it took almost a day to cool off and when it did it was middle of night n=because i cranked it up and then it was freezing and i liked everything but with no pool and a small cereal and yoast breakfast it was a bit over priced.but all staff was fine

No coffee both times we walked down from 2nd floor to get some and rolls were stale .

Some things were OK. Nothing to like.

One the second day of our 4 day stay, a sign appeared at the front desk "No hot water". It stayed there for the rest of our stay - and this was on week day. On the next to the last day of our stay, I went to get ice from the ice machine, and nothing came out. At the front desk, I was told the housekeeper says that it won't be fixed today. There were plenty more little things, but this is "enough said". The price was low, but this was below what you can expect for the lowest price.

It’s a good location.

The room smelled of mold upon arrival so we Lysol’ed the entire room especially the shower which had mold stains in it and the air conditioner. The smell got a little better after the Lysol. Also we basically cleaned the room because we Clorox wiped all the surfaces including the shower. We did not complain because we were in Ava seeing family and that is literally the only hotel within the area.
