The fact that I could connect my Roku.

The Manager/ Front Desk manager by the name of Ivan. Very disrespectful, rude and doesn't know how to talk to his customers!! I had multiple guests warn me about this guy it wasn't until I had my very own encounter did I understand! He talked very disrespectful and not only that he's a liar. They charged my card without permission then he starts to become irate AFTER I showed him my card statement clearly stating Woodsprings. Now, granted they did/ do help you as far as being fair about paying later in the day however there's a way to talk to people especially when you're supposed to a professional!! I stated to Ivan " the customer is always right" and he replied " not this hotel"! Because I sat my trash in the hallway after being there three days and nobody informing me that I had to take my trash out! I wouldn't recommend or stay at this hotel EVER again!! Then he Ivan called the police made a bogus report said " I refused to leave the hotel" but later changed his LIE to disturbance AFTER I informed him the whole incident between us was recorded by me!! Very unprofessional narcissistic, narcissist is more like it!! He speaks to his employees with such disrespect, he talks and treats them them like the trash they don't take out!! I pray for the staff that works here and have to put up with his blatant disrespect on a daily basis just to feed their families!!

Could be better if breakfast was served here or available but it’s a good space to stay in nice and quiet

it was easy to get on the interstate. I liked how it had treees surrounding it, made feel less like we were in a big city
