washer and dryer was not working pool was not heated and main lights went out the day before we left

it was very clean. spacious. had a great continental breakfast.

it seems the walls/floors are a bit thin. you can def hear others around you.

Their coffee at breakfast was good. Food selection just okay.

Where to start! Room was very small for a suite, bed was not very comfortable, room door didn't fit well at all, and neither did the bathroom sliding door. Construction project on the entire 1st floor, which meant going outside to use stairs from our 2nd floor end of hall room. Additionally the push to open exterior door didn't lock and was trying to be held up on one end by duct tape. So not a very safe location at all! Just a far cry from what any Hilton should be. SMH

Room was very nice, very large, very well equipped. Window shades need some attention. Breakfast bar is very well equipped and stocked. The entire facility was very clean.

Elevator and just outside were usually dirty.

The cleaning, breakfast and facilities was impeccable.

when we all went to swim we all got out of the pool and broke out from to much chlorine I believe

it might be convenient if you need, fast food, auto parts or gas stations. but it’s the condition of the entrance with cigarette butts on the ground and overflowing butt receptacles. The lobby floors are very slippery when it’s wet outside.

Dalton was exceptionally helpful and gave excellent customer service! Each staff member we came across smiled and asked how we were. The room was great both in size and cleanliness. Breakfast was very good and had several options to choose from. Upon arrival, could tell how clean and well-maintained the facility was. Exercise room was impressive.

All was great except for two nights straight, we were kept awake with obnoxious beating and running around from the room above us. It would start at 9:00pm and continue until 3:00-4:00am. Old-fashion courtesy knock on ceiling did not phase them. When brought to front desk, they informed we were not the only ones complaining. It would've been great if the group(s) causing the noise had been given final warning and then, if it continued, asked to leave.

staff and lack of serves. asked for fresh towels, after returning from meeting, no towels. went to front desk was handed low grade pool towels. was told they were the same as the room towels. other issues, staff just was not helpful. had to go to housekeeping myself, where I was then given a better towel and extra soap.
