We stayed at the end and that was nice. It was secluded, and we loved being on the end of the property and could see the folks at the putting green!
I was very disappointed that they did not have an adult pool! Also did not like having to walk through an indoor pool with lotta people sitting and worried about slipping with my thong on the ground prior to walking out! I spoke to several other people staying there, and they felt the same way! There should always at a five star hotel be an adult pool! I’m used to staying at the Gainey Ranch in Arizona, which is a Hyatt hotel and it is amazing and has tons of amenities for the people staying! I forgot my shaver. There was not any kits with a shaver and also the bathtub was not cleaned by the cleaning ladies, and there was a ring at the top of the tub that grossed me out. Right here. I washed the tub prior to taking one, but shouldn’t have to do that.! Main lodge to get coffee!

It was a nice mini get away for our family. Parents got to relax and kids got to play in the pool. The water slides were a nice surprise and we feel like that’s where we got our money’s worth, especially since it rained 2 out of our 3 days. The Inn was nice and quiet. The restaurant was great. Loved happy hour! Wished they were open past 9pm!! Everyone was very kind and super friendly, especially Zane at Nelson Farm. We loved all the trails and parks too.
By chance, we feel lucky to have booked a room at The Inn as we didn’t realize The Lodge was under construction. While the rooms at The Inn were nice and spacious, two full size beds were kind of small for two adults, one teen and an almost tween. The beds were also not very comfortable. The mattresses were saggy and not the quality we expected at a nice resort with resort prices. It was disappointing to miss out on other amenities at The Lodge due to the renovations—restaurant, coffee shop, etc. The kids were looking forward to the “game room,” but decided they were too old for the bouncies. And while there were other options available, we felt like it was overpriced and not worth it so we went swimming instead. Ping pong tables, board games and cornhole should be free in our opinion.

A grossly overpriced hotel with messy and inconsiderate customer service.
My stay at Suncadia was a nightmare. Not only was I charged an amount of $896 for just two nights, but I discovered an additional unauthorized charge of $1038 on my card shortly after checking out. When I reached out to the hotel, they blamed Booking.com for the extra charge and provided an incomplete receipt with no letterhead and the merchant's name.
I shared the incomplete receipt with Booking.com who requested a more detailed invoice from the hotel. Despite multiple attempts to contact Suncadia via email and phone, they have failed to respond and provide a detailed invoice, showing a blatant disregard for customer service.
The lack of transparency and accountability from the hotel management is disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid considering accommodations at Suncadia, due to its exceptionally poor customer service.

Loved the property as a whole.
Main bathrooms near the breakfast area needs more cleaning to be done.
The prices were a little higher than I expected.

beautiful location and nice property for romantic get away or family vacation
it’s falling apart. Showers in the apartment were broken and the shower head came off the wall, elevator was broken, carpet under the bed was dirty and loaded with dust, spa mineral bath was broken, slides at indoor pool were out of service, they are renovating lodge restaurant and was noisy and had to leave the lodge and drive to nearby property restaurant. Restaurant food was good but expensive for what it was. For price of a stay, I would expect much better

Views, snowy forest around
The property is under construction. The rooms were cold and really far away. The staff was absentminded, very unhelpful. Bathrooms were huge and cold, the bathtubs were tiny. Free parking only outside (-4°F), garage parking at additional cost.

Wonderful trails, beautiful pickleball courts, lots of things to rent, great pools but like Disneyland, I felt like everything had a premium charge and then and lots of activities were extra $. Overall, we had so much fun.

Lovely room and the scenery is incredible! We wanted to stay longer to experience the amenities.
The service/ staff could use a bit more training - a few folks were really great (shoutout to Woody)! That said, the bar staff and bellboys seemed pretty clueless. Very nice, just not hyper attentive.

I loved the fact that there was so much to do and so much nature right there. We saw deer in the morning. The views were spectacular. And it’s all relatively close to Seattle. My only regret is that we plan for a longer stay.
1- The coffee line was super long. There could be another stand.
2- There were no towels at the pool! This was terrible and I missed my last swim because I had to run and borrow towels from the lodge and then run them back over to the lodge (I let my husband and children swim while I tried to figure out the towel situation).
But overall we had a great stay. My husband doesn’t like to pay for “resorts” but he admitted that this was pretty amazing.

Location was close to Seattle…easy to get to. Facility was lovely. Pools and spa were nice.
Small things…Would have loved to have a spoon in the room to stir coffee, and a wash cloth. Food at lodge for dinner was just ok, breakfast was better. Food at stovehouse was better than lodge.

We were there at a very popular holiday, the hotel was full but still did not feel crowded. It had plenty of options of entertainment for the whole family.
The room was not spot clean, specially the kitchen. There were some kitchenware that needed to be washed before use and the floor was dirty, I spilled something on the floor and the paper towel I used to dry it came out filthy.

I really liked that the suite had a fully stocked kitchen with a stove a big fridge and dish washer. We also had a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable and was great for a family of 4 with little kids. We loved the pools very nice and you can take a free shuttle from the hotel.
Maybe the price is a bit high but very clean facilities and room. The restaurant options aren’t that many and way over priced.

Breakfast? There was no breakfast included. Location is fine.
The high price. We expected much better room for the price we paid. Old hotel, requires renovation. Painted in very dark colors (dark brown). Nothing to do in the winter if no snow.

I booked the hotel on booking and the price was supposed to include everything. But after the stay Suncadia charged me extra fee and did not respond to my email/call/text asking about this.
