It’s was clean except for the old scarf I found behind the bed. Excited to use the jacuzzi tub in the room! House keeping was amazing they were very concerned we had all we needed!

First I felt duped because the price said $60 a night but then the only non smoking room available was a king w a jacuzzi so I assumed it was the same price because it didn’t show a change in price! That is until I finished paying and wondered why the numbers didn’t add up! Worst part! We filled up the tub and the jacuzzi part didn’t even work! I ended up paying $129 a NIGHT! Not worth that price at all! I told the manager and his only response was if I notified staff it wasn’t working! Ummmm I was in the tub… so when was I supposed to notify staff?? I replied that’s why I’m telling YOU! He said thank you and that’s it! Can’t take that to the bank! Not worth $129 a night!

The free breakfast is great. The staffs are always welcome and nice. They listened & communicated well. They helped to clean your room when I needed. Parking is free.

I could not have asked for a better experience or nicer staff. The people who run that place are fantastic! 10+++

The staff were very nice and although my trip isn't over I can tell that it will be very comfortable here. Can't wait to eat the hot breakfast in the morning

Could use a better cleaning, beds are very hard, and breakfast is not great. No waffle maker or much bread options that don't seem extremely dry, but the staff kept the hot eggs and sausage coming as needed. Unfortunately they were pretty low quality and the taste was not enjoyable.

The restroom didn’t work in our hotel room. After driving 10 hours from El Paso Texas, of course we had to go buy it would flush, at least not properly at all. We called the front and all they told us was to go and grab a plunger at the main office. After trying the plunger, it still wouldn’t work, my husband then started looking in the toilet and noticed that the nozzle to flush was too loose. Again we called and didn’t get an answer. we had to leave our hotel room just to go use the restroom because ours didn’t work. The next morning we called again, and again all they did was send someone with a plunger even after we told them what was going on. The man said he would return, but never did. We went about our day to get back to, surprise, a broken toilet having to leave our hotel room once again. on our last day we called again, we had things to do which was our reason for being there and the manager said all they could do is switch us rooms only right there and then. After we talked to them about how we had things to do and we’re already heading out the door, they basically said well too bad that was your choice to stay in the room. Paying idk how much just to not get a working toilet. And they refused to do anything for the inconvenience, all they said was that it was our choice to stay and basically called us complainers for calling to fix the toilet. This was absolutely awful.
