Friendly front desk lady.

The blinds did not cover the window and the huge, bright, parking lot light shown right in the room ALL NIGHT. ( I have included a picture, I took in the middle of the night, 1:02 to be exact) The ac did not work well and the floor above creaked everytime the people above us walked.

We had a room with a bed and a couch-bed. We were 3 in the same room, so one of us was going to sleep on the couch bed. When we unfolded it, we found used sheets inside all heaped up within the couch-bed. I called the front desk to have them changed. As it was late, the front desk person told me there was no one that could change them for me, and that I needed to go downstairs to get a set of sheets for my family member to use. I asked for a blanket as well on the same call, and the front desk helper replied, "That's what I'm telling you: you need to come down to get your sheets". So, besides us finding used sheets piled into the couch-bed, we found her reply to be somewhat rude. Lucky for us, it was only one night.

The woman who checked us in was having an all-evening chat on her mobile phone. When we needed help at checkout, it took a long time to find an associate. Finally, the office door opened and an associate appeared, followed by waves of pot smoke

The room was comfortable & clean that is why we stay there while we visit family in the hospital in FW every week to every other week. Nice to know what your getting into for a hotel.

Clean rooms and clean all around. Rooms were nice and comfortable. It seems it was recently updated which is nice. I usually bring my own towels, blankets, and bed sheets to put over the bed so I didn’t use the blankets. But beds were very comfortable. Room was also very spacious.

The ladies at the front desk need to work on smiling and greeting customers!

Ziemlich hellhörig. Am besten wohnt man im obersten Stock, denn dann trampelt man den anderen auf dem Kopf herum.

Property outside and inside looked clean, our stay was in general great for the price point!

Interior seems a little dated, but nothing crazy. That’s to be expected with the price point!

Gutes Hotel mit kostenlosem Parkplatz nur zwei Minuten von der Interstate entfernt. Von hier kommt man schnell überall hin, Fort Worth Centrum ist nur 8 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, sehr sauber und das Frühstück solide. Der Pool ist zwar recht klein, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Das WLAN ist kostenlos und gut.

Der Militärflughafen ist direkt nebenan und man hört und sieht tagsüber die Düsenjets auf Augenhöhe. Nachts sind sie jedoch ruhig. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

We had booked a double queens bed room. Room was clean, sizing and interior was OK. The room had a small balcony with view toward the pool. Breakfast was average American standard.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed and so it was quiet noisy during the morning.

Dit hotel was voor ons een doorreishotel, het voldeed perfect aan wat we nodig hadden. Dichtbij de snelweg, nette ruime kamer, goed ontbijt in een grote ruimte en een vriendelijke receptioniste. Dat er s'morgens bijna buren aan het ontbijten waren was een grappig toeval.

Good enough! Based the room rate This hotel is good enough. Egg cheese, sausage, two kind of bread, bagger, waffle, milk, coffee, four kind of cold drink. Good Enough !

The hotel was very clean, beautiful large pool w/ tables and lounging are and even a place to cook out! We had a balcony room which is very uncommon in this area. Absolutely Fantastic stay. It would be booked more by travelers if service animals were welcome. Thank you

Quiet, clean, excellent layout of the room and property. Breakfast was simple but very good.

The refrigerator did not get cold, the thermostat in the bonus room did not work.

The room was phenomenal. It was spacious and comfortable.

The television remote was defective.
