Very satisfied with our suite. Very clean it cost to Little Italy, airport and other sightseeing adventures. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very unhappy with the price of parking. I paid more for parking than I did the rental car.

room was extremely dirty.- carpet was falling apart, there was dust everywhere. breakfast is only from 6am-9am & out of the 3 nights i stayed, I got breakfast twice. you aren’t allowed to bring it up to your room which i found extremely annoying since I just woke up & I was bothered 3 times by staff to ask if i was a guest of the hotel. your employees should be trained better to not judge guests based on their appearance whether they have $ or not. I paid $696 on booking.com for my stay ahead of time & I was charged over $800 on my card & when I spoke with management I was told I was charged for a pet (I don’t have one) & that they made a mistake on their end & the “pending” charge should fix itself. I’ve stayed at the Homewood suites 15+ times & this specific location overcharged me my last stay as well. Also, I asked for a 30 minute late checkout & twice I had staff knocking on my door between 11-11:30. Definitely won’t ever stay here again.

breakfast that was included was great,many options to choose from. Our king studio Room was spacious and clean, loved the harbor-view. Beds were comfortable enough, pillows are an issue they are really flat . Location was excellent, walk-able to Little Italy for dinner. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

High fee for parking, sound of jets really loud until the no fly zone time of 1130pm to 630am. Wish the website mentioned that housekeeping was only every other day, that info was supplied by the front desk on a 1x2 inch piece of paper, I just stuffed in my bag, my fault for not noticing, I think it should be made much more event. Parking was steep at $55 per day, but that is standard for San Diego, there is no free parking in the area period. lots of construction still going on with the Terminal 1 expansion, lots of traffic

There were many issues since we first arrived. First we were unaware that it was valet parking only; $55 a night is pretty steep but it is what it is. When we got into our room it was extremely hot, it read at 76F. We turned on the AC and it started to cool down. Then the AC turned off and the temperature rose again. The TV remotes and outlets were also not working. Our signal was weak and we were informed they were getting updates on their wifi so we weren’t able to use our devices unless in the lobby. When we tried to use the pull out couch, it was dirty. We found a used spoon and trash inside the cushion. When trying to pull the bed out, one of us got cut by an exposed nail inside the side the sofa. We informed the manager and they wrote down our concerns and recorded the incident. The AC was checked twice and we were not moved from the room until the next day. With all the issues, we should’ve been moved the night before

Friendly and helpful staff

I have booked this hotel 2 other times and it was lovely with no complaints. This time unfortunately I tried to check in at 5:00pm but didn’t receive a room till 5:30pm due to over booking. Also the room appeared to be cleaned in a rush and the wifi was down my entire stay. The live TV also kept crashing and saying no signal the entire night. I was very disappointed due to the last 2 experiences being very lovely.

The breakfast every morning was excellent. The lobby and entrance were clean and had lots of room. Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and hospitable.

Location of the hotel comes with one caveat and that is the fact that it is so close to the airport and you can hear every single plane that goes by in the middle of the night and it rumbles the hotel. The hotel also does not dampen sound between the rooms you can hear every noise from every other person in the rooms around us at nighttime. Our room is also outdated the bathroom had leaky faucets and mold within the shower, broken tiles, etc.

Room had to have some additional cleaning, would be nice if there were more gluten free options at breakfast, the pool and hot tub were not heated during our stay (should be advertised on website upon booking, not just labeled on the door).

Tudo impecável! O quarto é incrível! Tem geladeira, fogão de indução, pia, lava louças, talheres e louças. A mini cozinha fica numa ante-sala com tv e logo após o banheiro fica o quarto com outra tv. É muito espaçoso e confortável. O chuveiro é MARAVILHOSO. O hotel fica muito próximo à rua de restaurantes da little Italy, chega nela facilmente caminhando. Café da manhã é bom porém só é servido até as 9h.

Poor customer interaction, most of thr staff we've interacted with were rude, never seen one of them smiling . The valet fee is too high for a 3 stars Hotel 50 USD per night. We arrived late at 11.00 pm to find the second morning our car had no fuel in it ( 3 bars disappeared after handing it over to valet).

The location was perfect, close to everything including Little Italy which had lots of great and affordable restaurants. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was a good way to start the day. I was pleasantly surprised at the large fridge in our room. The ping pong table was a pleasant sunrise!

Very Clean and nice big rooms lots of of amenities! Good bar! Will definitely recommend to friends and we will be back again soon!
