The staff was helpful if anything came up during our stay, and it was close to the reason to my visit. I also thought the bed was comfortable.

The room smelled bad (opened the door often trying to air it out), the room was run down and furniture was not in good shape. The phone didn't work either so I was not able to call my family in other rooms. The coffee supplies were not very diverse (no half and half, only sweetened creamer; had to use milk which isn't very creamy for coffee)

Breakfast was adequate.

Their were some towels and wash cloths that were stained, they shouldn't be used in a public setting. Maybe for the staff.

The room was spacey and accommodated our family of 5 very well. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable as well.

Nothing. We have no complaints. We were very satisfied with our stay there.

Check in was confusing- new management. Check out was not good. Computers were an issue and when asked about charges and AAA discount, I was told they'd check and email me with answer and receipt. Have tried emailing them and email address is not good. Called them Tuesday with inquiries and request for receipt- as of today(Thursday) still no answer It's be nice to finally get a receipt.
