I didn't even get my room that was already paid for. I had a confirmation number and PIN from Booking.com . A manager from Booking.com even called the hotel and talked to the front desk, emailed the reservation to them, and they still wouldn't give me the room. This was at 1:00 am with 2 kids in the car. The hotel insisted I cancel with Booking.com (wait 7-10 days for my money) and pay for the room again directly to the hotel with a $50 cash only deposit. We left the hotel at 2:30 am because we still didn't have a room even though there were multiple communications made between booking.com and the hotel. I couldn't find another hotel room with 2 beds until 4:30 am. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.

The bathtub was nasty. Black mold all over and we just chose not to shower there. We were in room 120

The filthiest place we have ever stayed in. Some of the most needed things were broken or not working properly. Frig was filthy, bathroom filthy, bedding very very filthy. ETC. I am going to tell corporate about this !

Brake fest should be 6am to 11am check out time 👍. Parking lot shouldn't have too many bummers . My car hit by bummers .
