Lovely big clean modern room. Great location and parking included. On our 3000 mile road trip this was one of our fav hotels.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Good location with a lovely Diner close by. Staff allowed us to store luggage for the day until check in was ready.

The hotel is clean, comfort and has lovely decoration.

I want to use laundry room, but they don't have.

L’hôtel est vraiment charmant et très propre. Je ne m’attendais pas à ce que la chambre soit si jolie. La salle de bains est également élégante et semble toute neuve. Un point très positif est que le parking est gratuit ce qui est très rare dans le coin. Généralement les hôtels proposent une place de parking à des prix prohibitifs.

Świetna lokalizacja, prywatny parking podziemny zamykany, stylowo urządzone pokoje, wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne (również kosmetyki w łazience łącznie z żelem pod prysznic co nie zawsze się zdaża w motelach). Miła obsługa. I stosunek ceny do jakości naprawdę godny polecenia. Klimą działa. Dostępność lodu do napojów na korytarzu! Mega Śniadania można z łatwością ogarnąć na mieście w pobliskiej knajpce.

Malutki minus za to, że nie umieliśmy sobie poradzić z otwarciem okien, a nie chciało nam się schodzić po pomoc. Natomiast klimatyzacja załatwiła sprawę.

Comfortable beds and clean

No heating, thermostat not working - when I asked for it to be improved we were told it only ever comes out vaguely warm. Elderly man at the reception was very very unwelcoming and monosyllabic. Noisy buses and coaches outside at traffic lights People in street shouting Poor glazing

Located in a safer & nicer part of town closer to presidio, golden gate & downtown area with less homeless congregations around the block. Very fair price given the location & the nice upgraded room & modern bathroom. Bed & linen were very comfortable. Love the free, gated basement parking — feels very safe.

Asked for a later checkout but the older gentleman during night shift did not bother to consider and just plainly said no.

Location is great: close to stores and restaurants. Large, clean, and remodelled room. Friendly staff. Free parking.

Sometimes the wifi was slow.

Excellent, well-lighted undercover parking. Room was beautifully updated and spotless. WOULD have liked a small refrigerator and a bit more quiet, but "city noise" is hard to avoid along a busy street in SF.

The remodel is well done and lovely. The checkin staff was friendly and personable. Room was quiet. Perfect place for an overnite stop and price was reasonable. Parking on sight is a plus.

The linen is very tired. It’s clean but they need to modernize the bedding with duvets and full size pillows.

I got a renovated room. It was specious and really nice. Good localization, very quiet, close to the public transport and top attractions. Safe neighborhood.

Great location My poor experience below was dealt with professionally

There was no one at reception when I arrived late at night - turns out the night duty person didn't wait for his shift replacement to arrive. Myself and an elderly lady had to wait for 45 minutes tired and cold and not happy. I do believe this was a one-off experience - the management were very apologetic and gave me a discount.
