Gorgeous, super spacious house in Puerto Banus, just a short stroll to the beach
Esta maravillosa casa de 5 dormitorios de lujo súper espaciosa, completamente renovada y con diseño interior, está situada en el complejo residencial bien cuidado 'Azalea Beach', a solo 400 metros de la playa y a 15 minutos a pie de todos los servicios que se ofrecen en Puerto Banús. Esta propiedad recientemente totalmente renovada y técnicamente bien equipada satisfará incluso las más altas expectativas. Está construido en 3 plantas y ofrece mucho espacio. Desde el hall de entrada con aseo para invitados a la izquierda, ingresa al cómodo salón con chimenea y un comedor con una enorme mesa de comedor de diseño para 10. La nueva cocina abierta está totalmente equipada y suministra una nevera americana con máquina de hielo. Desde la sala de estar espaciosa y muy cómoda tiene acceso a un patio privado y un jardín acogedor que ofrece un área de privacidad. La terraza parcialmente cubierta está amueblada de manera elegante y cómoda con sofás al aire libre y en la parte posterior del jardín hay una terraza con una mesa para 10 personas: el escape perfecto para desayunos al aire libre, almuerzos mediterráneos, cenas o happy hours al atardecer o barbacoa. El jardín está orientado al suroeste con mucho sol y la parcela bordea una zona verde, por lo que disfrutará de total tranquilidad, ¡sin tráfico! Desde enero de 2016 hay un área de juegos y un área de gimnasio al aire libre en esa zona verde. ¡Solo debes abrir la puerta trasera del jardín para disfrutar de estas características adicionales!

We had a lovely time at the house. We really liked the location and that it was near the beach and the beach walk. Stores and restaurants! The area with the pools was nice and fresh.

We stayed in the villa, two families over Xmas and New year and we loved our stay. Villa is fantastic and great location to the beach and short walk along the promenade to Peurto Banus. It had everything we could have wished for. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Helga who is a wonderful host.

The property was perfect and exactly what we wanted for our trip to Spain to attend the Solheim Cup and play some golf. The owner, Helga, was very attentive and arranged transportation from and to the airport.

Communication with host was excellent, questions were addressed in a timely fashion. The host met us and showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Cribs and high chairs available. All in all the condo was great.

We were a family of nine, including two children of 11 and 14. Helga's 5-bedroom property was perfect for our requirements. Everything we could possibly need was provided (with the very small exception of a full length mirror in the bedroom) and the 'tropical' garden with bananas (plantains?) and mangoes growing was great for enjoying breakfast and an evening bbq. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants within a ten minute walk towards San Pedro beach, and Puerto Banus itself only twenty minutes' stroll away. The children especially loved having five different swimming pools available to us. Helga was very approachable and answered any query we had very promptly. Top notch. Thoroughly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were two families totaling 9 people, the property was spacious with a great layout. Bedrooms were great size and beds were very comfortable. Helga was very helpful and ran through everything when we arrived, the welcome bottle of wine and fruit was a lovely gesture. The location is ideal and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Puerto Banus is only a 20 min walk away which we enjoyed doing. San Pedro is also close by. The pools in the compound are great and well
maintained with some sun loungers, although could do with some more.
I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again when we return to Puerto Banus. Thank you Helga.

The house is very nice, fully equipped. There are even toys and baby seats. Perfect location close to everywhere. Contact with the owner very nice. Helga is a very helpful and kind person. We had a late return flight and could stay home until the afternoon. We hope to return to this house in the future.

The townhouse was spacious, clean and tidy with 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas (1 on the ground floor next to the kitchen and 1 downstairs to servicing those 2 bedrooms ) The host was always on hand and very helpful to get things organised

Spacious house close to the beach
Beautifully finished property, capable of comfortably sleeping 10. A 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus. Underground parking for 2 cars. Several communal swimming pools with limited sun loungers around. A small garden gets some sun later in the day and has a nice seating area, large table and BBQ. Balcony outside the main bedroom receives sun later in the day as well. Great property for one or two families sharing.

An extra plus for the playground just outside the house.
The location is great with just a quick walk down to the beach walk.

Lovely property, totally lived up to our expectations
We booked this property some months ago to celebrate a birthday and to have a great family celebration at school half term(UK). Our family group ranged from 7 years to 70. We found the booking process very easy and Helga was always on hand to answer any questions before we booked. On arrival at the property Helga spent some time explaining about the property. The property is in superb condition, it is on three storeys and the quality of the main rooms is exceptional. Everybody spoke positively about the bedrooms and the en suite facilities. In the evenings we used the downstairs area to play games or watch sport on a 50" TV screen with more channels than I care to remember. Some evenings we had a barbecue in the quiet secluded garden which was very enjoyable. We all enjoyed the well maintained gardens around the property and the swimming pools were of a high order. The property is in a good location to Puerto Banus centre or even close to some local bars and restaurants. Each day we took it turns to go to the local supermarket for croissants and baguettes. On departure Helga was able to let us stay a few more hours before we departed to the airport which was immensely helpful. If we get the chance we will definitively stay here again. If anybody is considering bookings the property I can say for certain you can have confidence in making the booking and Helga will I am sure help you every step of the way.

Fantastic villa, which is extremely well equipped, Very clean and well looked after villa.
Excellent location to beach, restaurants and shops. 15 to 20min walk to Puerto Banus port area with fantastic restaurants to cater for all taste buds.
Owner of the villa has excellent and quick communications, very willing to please and could not do enough for our family stay. Villa in a lovely urban area, with NO noise from busy roads.
We had two children with us (1 year and 3 years old), baby cot supplied and high chair for the baby.
This villa will exceed your expectations. We will certainly will be booking this villa again.

fantastic house and most helpful owner ever!
Fantastic house - immaculate clean and wonderfully furnished and decorated. Super spacious, we were a family of three generations, 9 in total, and everybody had his own space and privacy. Wifi all over the house, premium pack IPTV with over 1000 channels. Kitchen is so well equipped, cooking was a pleasure! BBQ area in little garden lovely! Everything in the house that you could ever need during your stay....... The owner is most helpful and happy to help whenever needed...... Will return definitely return next year !!!

The house and the hosts has really exceeded our high expectations.
The house is large and beautiful and very clean and fresh. The spaces are huge and was perfect for our big family. The beds were supernice and comfortable. The garden and the outdoor environment was great and so relaxing. The place felt like our home during the stay.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving for 10 adults. It was also a good place for chating och hanging.
The poolarea was near, clean and the water was wonderful the time we were there in the middle of july.
Its very close to the beach and all the cozy restaurants.
We also discovered Marcos Paddletennis nearby, wich was fun for the whole family and really cheap.
We give Helga and her husband 10 stars of ten. We got new memories and had a wonderful trip.

Exceeded expectations, Helga was fantastic and went above and beyond to prepare the house for us. Fresh oranges and a welcoming bottle of wine were lovely personal touches. Could not recommend the house enough. The location was great too. Lovely quiet neighborhood not far from the beach and lovely walks along the sea front.

Wundervolles Haus - perfekte Ferien!!!
Dieses Ferienhaus ist wunderbar! Wunderbar groß, wunderbar geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wunderbar komfortabel, wunderbar gelegen - wir waren 6 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern und uns wurden sogar kostenlos 2 Babybetten und Hochstühle bereit gestellt. Das Haus war perfekt sauber und ist fantastisch ausgestattet, mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Restaurants und Strände in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Hafen von Puerto Banus in ca. 15 bis 20 Gehminuten. Supermarkt 10 Minuten entfernt. Der Spielplatz direkt hinter dem Haus ist perfekt! Die Eigentümer haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem : 10 von 10 Punkten! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

perfect holiday home for our family!!!
We so much enjoyed our stay in that perfectly equipped and extremely clean house. Never slept better in any bed.The house is beautifully decorated, the beds nicely presented with bedspreads and cushions. The big, open plan kitchen is perfectly equipped and cooking was a pleasure. Our teenager kids enjoyed the area in the basement with huge flatscreen tv and all the english channels. Internet reception all over the house, signal boosters on all floors. Dining for 10, inside and outside. The barbecue area with the hanging candle lanterns is also really nice. And our younger daughters spent all afternoons on the playground beside the garden. As we were there in march, It was too cold to use the swimming pools. But there are a lot of activities of all kind in the area, so we really spent enjoyable and entertaining holidays. Helga, the owner, was very helpful and organised the airport transportation for us. There is really nothing negative we can say and we definitely will come back. Next time in summer though!

Fabulous, an amazing property!
We are a family of 3 generations and had an amazing time.
The design and furnishings of the house are top quality allover, the beds are fantastic and so was all the rest. Cooking in the perfectly equipped open plan kitchen is enjoyable.
The house was more than clean, excellent condition. The kids stayed in the basement where they had their own area with huge flatscreen tv and lots of space. Wifi all over the house, in each single room – important when travelling with teenagers! And behind the house, facing the garden, there is a playground and a gym zone, really nice. The garden is lovely and the BBQ a plus. The pool areas are also nice.
It is a 20 min walk along the promenade by the sea to the centre of Puerto Banus or an 8 euros taxi trip. The nearest supermarket is a 15 min walk away.
We would definitely return to this property. We had a wonderful time.

For once accommodation that exceeds the quality of the photographs!We were a party of 9 staying for 12 days in late August. From the moment of arrival at the airport where our microbus (arranged by Helga) was waiting to take us to the property everything was exceptional. The place was spotlessly clean and everything you needed was in this property. It may sound like a small detail but there was actually a properly functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and crockery you could wish for - with sharp knives and all the utensils you could need. This made cooking a simple and pleasurable activity and critically everyone could easily sit together and enjoy their meal.The kids could not be happier as there was wi-fi beaming all over the property and they could access all their favourite TV channels in the cinema room - where they worked out how to sync the bluetooth speaker (provided) to enhance the experience even more! The gardener appeared twice during our stay trimming the grass and tidying the whole outside (the plants all water themselves - very clever!) Helga handled every query and detail quickly and effectively as we prepared for our visit and true to her word my deposit was returned within days of my return.I would highly recommend this property as it is of the highest standard, the location is ideal (we had no need for a car - bus is just over 1 euro into Marbella) The kids loved the water sports and cruising the strip in Peurto Banus of an evening watching all the "beautiful people" and the fancy cars. We found some great local restaurants with wonderful seafood at reasonable prices.I am struggling to find fault in anything.This is a genuine find - actually exceeds every expectation. We loved it!

Immaculate luxury house in great location
We had a fantastic two week holiday staying in this property. The house has a luxury contemporary feeling and is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is plenty of seating room in both the main lounge on the ground floor but also in the cinema room in the basement. We also had some great meals and barbecues in the garden which is also well equipped with a large table. The house worked well for us with three couples along with 4 kids (all under 4). Helga was an excellent host and communicated well with us from our first inquiry through to meeting us on arrival and departure. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous villa great location
As a family of young adults and adults this villa had everything we needed and more a luxurious home from home. The three floors worked perfectly for us as a family. The beds were comfy and beautifully presented. It was perfectly situated and just a short taxi ride into Puerto Banus. Helga was hugely helpful at every juncture and gave us a comprehensive welcome in person with all the information needed. We hope it is free again for a return trip. We loved being able to walk to local supermarket and beautiful local restaurants as well as going into the town.
We would highly recommend this villa and management.

We had a fantastic holiday in this wonderfultownhouse . It was very clean and the interior decoration is just amazing! Super spacious and the entertainment area in the Basement is great! We played poker at night and watched movies. And the bbq area with the candle lanterns - lovely! The house is perfectly equipped, all is brandnew. And we never ever slept in better beds in a Holiday home! We had everything we needed for a great holiday. We loved our daily walks into Puerto Banus. We would definatley come here again!!!

Perfect house for a large group
Eight of us had a great holiday over New Year. The house is as wonderful as it looks in the photos, every bedroom was comfortable and it was ideal having so many bathrooms.
It is a pleasant 25 minute walk along the promenade to Puerto Banus, where there is a great choice of restaurants and expensive shops. However, you can easily spend an hour or two over a coffee or beer just people watching and admiring the amazing yachts. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the local beach of San Pedro where there are more restaurants and bars. Taxis are very reasonable and you can either call from the house to pick you up or take a short walk to the hotel Guadalpin Banus where they are waiting outside. It is a good base for touring if you have a car or busses are cheap and can either be picked up from San Pedro or Marbella bus station. Helga was very quick to respond to emails, very helpful. All in all I would highly recommend this lovely house.

How do I start ? The whole experience was beautiful. The house is more than well equipped. Never slept in so comfortable beds! Very tastefully decorated, well designed and nothing missing. Perfect kitchen equipment and the BBQ zone in the little garden with the lanterns is so beautiful. We met new friends by the pool. We swam in the sea every day. We walked to Puerto Banus and sampled the fantastic restaurants...Thank you so much for the opportunity....we will definitely be back !!

Fabulous, just an amazing property
We stayed in this property as a family of 8 people. All our dealings with the owner (Helga) were super efficient.
THE PROPERTY - The design and furnishings were top quality, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud, the basement area was perfect for the younger people and the master bedroom was just wow! It is clear that the owners have really thought about the design, and it was by far the best property I have ever stayed in. The garden was lovely and the BBQ a plus. The pool areas were more than satisfactory. The only downside was that the pool didn't have enough sunbeds, only five in the one we used.
THE AREA - Azalea Beach is a very clean, quiet residential area. It takes 25 mins to walk along the promenade by the sea to the centre of Puerto Banus and 8 euros in a taxi. The nearest supermarket is a Super Sol which is 15 min easy walk. We didn't have a car so had a taxi take us there the first time and wait for us whilst we did a big main shop; he waited for 40 mins and it cost 15 euros in total - better than making several trips.
The nearest good beach is Mistral Beach which is a 7 mins walk but worth it. You can eat on the beach or on the promenade.
Our party went to a number of the clubs, Plaza Beach and Ocean Club - the night life was amazing.
We would definitely return to this property and to any managed by Helga. We had the time of our lives.

wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage!
wir hatten eine wirklich tolle woche mit der ganzen familie. das haus ist wunderschön und bietet wirklich viel komfort. das kochen in der großen, offenen küche, die super ausgestattet ist, hat viel spaß gemacht. und die kinder konnten unten alle zusammen dvd´s auf dem großen fernsehen schauen - es gibt sogar deutsches fernsehen! wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

We are a big family, travelling with grandparents, parents, 4 children and two friends - the house was perfect for us. Lots of space, super comfortable beds, fantastic decoration, all brandnew. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the BBQ area in the little garden with the hanging candle lanterns is very nice for dinner. The kids loved the big tv in the basement. And the beach is so close but there are also 5 pools in the complex, two are children pools and all pools are fenced which makes it really safe when travelling with children. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes from the house and restaurants and bar are also within walking distance. We did not even rent a car. And the owner had organised a microbus that picked all of us up at the airport and brought us back on our departure day. We spent wonderful holidays and we will definitely come back next year!

Very lovely house!
Very nice house, especially the cinema room downstairs and the waterfall next to the bedroom! The house is very well equipped and children friendly. Above all because we could sleep off in peace while the kids were watching TV, haha! We had a great last evening in the garden with the BBQ! The location was amazing, just a few hundred meters to the beach and the closest supermarket. Also very close to the famous Puerto Banus! Helga provided amazing customer service, we will definitely come back ASAP!!!! Regards, Lori XXX

We loved the house
The house was very beautiful and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. The beds were really comfortable! Helga was most welcoming and helpful! She also arranged transports from the airport. There were 5 community pools, and 2 of them were for children. The distance to the nearest beach were you could swim I think was little more than 350 m as was said in the description. The house was a nice half an hour walk to famous Puerto Banus. Ten minutes walk to nearest Supermarket.
