The place was clean, it has air condition and it wasn’t warm. The most important it was to have my own bathroom and not share it, I wasn’t expecting that and it was good. Also, it is close to ADO station.

Thelmar is practically situated near To ADO bus station, and there are a lot of restaurants and street food places nearby. My room was very practical with a good bed. It was very clean.

The room was just basic with no chairs or a any nighttable by the bed. Light was not good enough for reading. The water preassure in shower was very low. The owner/worker was nice and helpful when I checked in, but since then I met only the house dog at my 3 days stay. On the other hand, it was not a problem.

Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Nice common area. The location is very good for the city center. We could spend the night here well.

Unfortunately, the house is not directly identifiable as the accommodation from the outside and there was no bell. But then everything worked out great, had also booked at very short notice.

Location was great. A 6 min walk from the ADO station. Stayed in 2 units and bed was comfortable in both. Bathrooms were spacious. AC was strong in both units. Shared space was very nice. Small kitchen, dining room table, etc. Close to ADO, 24 hour OXXO and Equidistant to Parque Las Palapas and Mercado 28 Bella is the cutest dog in Quintana Roo!

No signage on the outside, currently going through a slight remodel on the outside.

It's a home stay property and basic amenities. No complaints. Mr Jesus, Who coordinated was extremely helpful. He paid the tour amount even before I occupy the room.This service touched my heart.

The location seemed ok on the map, close to ado bus terminal, but wasn’t that easy.

For this price, disappointing. Pokey little claustrophobic room with low ceiling. No airflow. Common room the same, very small, no outside area at all. And to top it all off they had a major construction going on, starting at 8 am, angle grinder still going at 7 pm at front. And it wasn’t like it was out of their control. It was their own construction and they would not stop it if when I asked. Sure I can understand you gotta do improvements on property , but they should not rent it out for visitors at that time. And they made it out to be my problem. I left after the first night, the only good thing was about this place that they agreed to refund my second night when I had to leave because of the noice. I would not recommend this place even without the construction, very sad, no character place. Much better places around for the same price.

they offered through booking thr transfer from the Airport. I asked and they confirmed, never told me though that there was a price until the night of the arrival. they wanted to charge us 900 pesos when at the airport you can get it way cheaper.... I told them i didnt think it wasn't nice, as I think once yo agree a transfer they must give you a price in advance and didn't seem to accept the critict. the owner didn't showed up to welcome us , and didn't help us to keep our luggage for a couple of hours after check out.

This was my first time to Mexico. The madness of getting through customs at Cancun airport and trying to fill out a form wtitten in Mexican into English. I knew not to accept the rip off taxis and got a bus downtown. The room was basic with no tv. It had super cold air conditioning and a great Wi-fi signal. The shower was piping hot. I loved walking downtown with so much going on. I enjoyed the tacos food stand by the ADO bus station, only 15 mins walk from hotel. One day I followed walking app to the nearest beach and ended up at the harbour and its shopping centre after an hour or 2 of slow walking and plenty of photo opportunities. The crazy van rides to hotel zone for 12 Peso one way and it's white sandy beaches. Best of all was Cancun downtown at night.

Close to the central bus station, eateries, etc…

A little way off the main road. We had problems finding the place from the bus station, even if it’s a walking distance. We had to take a taxi, and even the taxi driver didn’t know the place. However, once found, all is easygoing. The owner was never there and his big dog gave us a hard time getting in. A bit overpriced.

Clean good internet and good location. Friendly and definitely good for a night, especially when you have to take the ADO early in the morning. It's just a 5 minute walk. Lots of good street taco places in that street.

Hard to find the place because there's no sign or anything on the door Also no door bell. If you don't have a phone, might be hard to get in.

No frills place where 3 rooms share a washroom and kitchen area. Clean, has AC, wifi was good. Bed comfy and clean.

Lack of toilet paper. No extra rolls available in storage and had to contact the owner for more. He only provided a single roll for two people to share. If the rooms were fully booked, you’d be sharing a single washroom and shower with up to 8-12 people (assuming all /some of the rooms have two double beds. mine did), so it could be overcrowded.

Lack of atmosphere.

Very cetral position, silent at night. The place itself is fair, simple room good for a few nights, clean and comfortable beds... but it's not a place where you have a "wow factor"...

Water was not strong, no door between room and bathroom.

It is a three small rooms with share kitchen. Just 10 minutes by walk to ADO. It is good for one night stay. The owner was nice, response to our question and solve the problem with noisy machine we had during the night.

Tucked away on a quite side street of Cancun, the location felt like living like a local but it was not out of the way. Plus, being located nearby the ADO bus line was quite convenient and there were plenty of eatery's within walking distance. It is a good place to stay in Cancun for one night or many.

Bit tricky to get checked in because it does not have a public entrance so someone has to be around. But once you have a key it is no problem and the facilities are secure.

You really live here with the locals.house with thin wall and thinner doors. Dogs barking , loud TV and heavy noise of building. I should get a room with bath, but I got a room with bath outside.

Wow, she was so friendly and nice. Also super pet friendly. The bed was great, good closest space and it was clean.I had a great stay, would recommend especially if you have a pet.

it was a little bit dark but not that bad. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head didn't seem to spray water correctly, I think it needs to be replaced and I think hot water wasn't working. Everything else was perfect.
