The staff in reception was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much to Miro for close interest about facilities!

Breakfast was poor that only options were omelette or sandwich. We weren't expecting open buffet but for continental breakfast should not be that much limited options. Spa zone wasnt clean that steaming room was smelling sooo dirty. It wasn't working, the temperature in jacuzzi was cold.

We stayed at one of the suits. It was very cozy and roomy. We had a great sea view. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the interior was impressive by its fourniture, big and cozy wardrobe, cupboards with plenty of shelfs in the corners of which were in-built lamps which made storing my belongings there extremely convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, from the receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant. The food was so delicious, i really did appreciat it! The spa facilities were just enough for a good relaxing experience, however they weren't clean enough. I really like the option to reserve and use privately the whole spa center for 1 hour.

Difficult to find a parking place

nice location next to the sea with a balcony and sea view, nice staff, good value for money. Free large public parking nearby although can be busy during weekend.

There is no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs. Breakfast was included but limited to two choices. Boring if you stay several nights. Could be improved by proposing more variety, some fruits and yoghurt.

Near to the small beach of Balchic. Close to the walking promenade with restaurants. No so far from Queen Mary's castle.

Breakfast was at poor level. Only three predifined options. Medium quality level, small quantities. Caffee at the lowest quality.
