It was filthy

Was assigned room 104, when I got there the room was stink and There was no light in the room. I was then given room 105, the room smell ok, but when I tended to the bed, there was hair several places, and THE PILLOWS WERE VERY DIRTY WITH BROWN STAINS. All they said was they'll bring clean pillow cases. After I complained they were giving me a new room on the second floor when the manager said I'm causing trouble for complaining.... REALLY! It's it my fault your staff are not doing there job his defense was there's only one staff working.... so I guess I should sympathize and go lay on the bed as if that hair was mine and stains were okay to lay on.

The location was a great deal for me.

It's not a place to bring family ( kids). I travel alot thru booking.com and booking.com should not include this location in their itineraries for families because it's a Motel. Location is great but they need to improve and do some work in the bathrooms. The breakfast part is bad. We only eat Toast. No OJ or apple juice for kids. Please! this place is not family friendly.

It was too Dirty. My room was dirty , curtains are horrible, breakfast was not too bad. carpets are dirty . It would be nice if the hotel manager or house keeping supervisor inspect the rooms before guests arrive. It’s just over priced and not worth it. I always try avoiding doing reviews but I couldn’t let this one slide.
