Konumu ve çalışanların kibarlığı en güzel tarafıydı. Otelin konumu ve merkeze kolay ulaşımı mükemmeldi, etraftaki resturantlar ve mağazalar çok keyifliydi.

Odalarda banyo terliği yoktu. 3 kişi için biraz küçük bir odaydı. Ama zaten odaya sadece yatmak için gittiğimizden, büyük bir sorun olmadı.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They were just the nicest people, helful with storing baggage and directions ect.

The hotel room was well appointed and the bed was really comfortable. Liked the fridge with fresh milk cartons. Lovely shower. Nothing to complain about at all. The breakfast lady was lovely and the man on the front desk was very friendly. Nice cooked breakfast cooked to order from a menu.

Nothing I didn't like.

ロンドンのリーズナブルなホテルにありがちな、部屋の狭さ。スーツケースを広げると歩くスペースがなくなる。

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating for my two disabled daughters with their wheelchairs. The kitchen chef cooked a lovely breakfast and was very polite to my youngest daughter who was a little bit messy sorry about that. The room size was great for us I could fit my whole family in. We would return.

The only thing that was not great was the smell in the disabled toilet in our room and it didn't go away at all. We could see it was cleaned but smell did not subside. My two year old also found a belly bar under the bed.
