still had food in the refrigerator and freezer from the people before us. The stove was dirty refrigerator was dirty dishwasher was full of dishes but they weren't washed because the dishwasher doesn't work properly. Fingerprints all over the electrical box the refrigerator the freezer. The cabinets were dirty. I don't understand why this place is so filthy. The elevator buttons are nasty.

no housekeeping service, garbage bags outside many room doors and laying at garbage can at elevators. This started Friday afternoon when we arrived and continued through Sunday morning when we left.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating for our late check in.

The sofa bed was not clean, the mattress cover you could tell hasn't been changed had hair and dirt. The air conditioner/furnace wasn't working right when we got to the room it was 78 degrees and when we lowered it to 70 the temp only went down by one degree. It was also really loud making it a little difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom needed some TLC as well. We had only one roll of toilet paper and that one roll was not full less than half.

Not the cleanest room. Common areas were immaculate though.

Staffs were kind, facilities were good, dinner was nice to feel home

Dishes were not clean

A man was banging on my door, which scared my children, and they could not go back to sleep until 2 a.m.

Surprised that the room was over $250+ for single - I somehow got booked into an 'executive suite' that I didn't order and paid for it anyway, I guess. I should have spoken up to the desk staff. For that much, I should have a comp bottle of wine and a jacuzzi!
