we liked the location on Sunshine street as it is near convenient locations for us as a family. even though it was on a busy street we weren’t bothered by noise. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, with great amenities. We personally love the Keurig coffee maker as we are morning coffee drinkers. Our room was perfect. It was very clean with a place for everything even though the space is smaller than normal. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. The staff was pleasant and service was great.

The only thing lacking was a good breakfast thrown in with the price, but a breakfast sandwhich for $2 is not bad at all.

You could buy breakfast, but we did not. The menu looked good.

We booked 3 rooms. Two of the three rooms were dirty. There was dirt on the floors.

the tv system was highly sub par…we couldn’t watch tv or stream from our phone. although it was clean the rooms were small. no closet to hang our clothes. the shower was the wall between the bed and bathroom you could look right in…no privacy. I would not ever recommend this hotel and will never stay at one of these properties again

Very cute little boutique hotel. Clean and appropriate. Small comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and linens.

Coffee shop didn't open until 11 but the rooms had little keurigs and nice breakfast place nearby called The Big Biscuit.
