It's all around kind of rough.

We were in the remodeled side but it just looked like they slapped paint on the wall and tossed in a new tub.

First they didn’t answer my request, then told me they could do a late checkout and when I got there it wasn’t possible

Tamanho do quarto e cama confortável.

Sistema de refrigeração barulhento. Nos dois primeiros dias o Hotel teve falta de água quente e tive de ficar sem banho. No terceiro dia houve um incêndio, que foi controlado pelo sistema de sprinklers.

The location was 8 minutes from the college my daughter is interested in attending.

The bathroom is poorly lit not enough light to properly see. The bedding was dirty and mattress was heavy stained / soiled. Bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. And the tv input was correct so contacted front desk to inform staff of issue and they stated they would come to room to fix but never showed up. I would not recommend hotel to family or friends.

Price affordability

My comforter was dirty . The hotel representative was nice about getting me another one . However , that one had holes in it. Hotel management needs to invest in new clean comforters for the beds , no one wants a dirty , torn or stained comforter .

Close to attractions.

Smelled horrible, bathroom door wouldn’t close & no one ever came to repair it, interrupted sleep every night due to loud guests in middle of night, rude staff (not all).

Could grant me an extra hr for late check out. I asked for a little more (my return flight to Miami was only at 6pm) but the front desk did not allow it. However, I'm grateful for the add'l hour.

1. Pick up Shuttle from the airport. Very long. Other hotels (Hilton, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn...) from the area have regular shuttles coming in & out of the airport; I had to call/request a shuttle...even though I had sent an email with flight details. When I called, I still had to wait way passed the ETA given to me. Zero apologies from the driver. 2. Room: I was upgraded to a King suite (=reservation online). My room ended up being just standard, Hotel was "full" according to the front desk. Location of the room: in front of the lobby which was very noisy. 3. Service: cleaning staff (chief lady) argued with me and asked that I leave the room at 11a sharp but did not know obviously that I was given until noon (late check out). Lady still screamed at me and claimed that there were no late check out available. Total lack of etiquette and extremely poor customer service.

The bathroom door fell off. Wifi was so bad I turned it off and used my data. Neighborhood was sketchy, had a gentlemen’s club and casino beside the parking lot. I was promised a $25 refund which I never received.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I was able to check in a bit before the regular check-in time which I appreciated. The hotel overall seemed quiet which was nice.

My room was a disability access room and a lot of the setup was illogical. There was no outlet near the mirror in the bathroom; it was by the door, which made getting ready in the morning really difficult. There was also no counter space at all in the bathroom. My room didn't have a hairdryer at all, nor an iron.

It was very close to the interstate for travel. Very clean and convenient.

The 3rd floor ice maker was out of service. Had to walk down to the 1st floor to get ice.

The look of the hotel was immaculate, the room was clean, shower was very clean and neat

Easy shuttle from the airport.

Kind of sketchy area of town. No restaurant or bar at the hotel (even though pictures showed one), hard to get food nearby when we got in after a flight cancellation. It's a really cheap hotel which I suppose is fine for what it is (although it wasn't so cheap).
