Gross Roaches Drug addicts Clerk tried to charge me $20 extra for a room with working air conditioner

It was barely breakfast no creamer for coffee no cream cheese for bagels no eggs or bacon

The room stink as soon as you get in the room someone stole my delivery order roaches in the rooms and internet connection sucked so bad I had to use my hotspot for the tv to work

Nothing it was dirty and nasty and they had roaches everywhere

Everything was awful

The price is good

this place is always a dumpster fire. The short Indian manager just walked into our room very early and she was very rude. if you can get a room inside the main building they’re much better but very noisy.

NOTHING HAD ROACHES AND DRUG DEALERS

ROACHES ON EVERTHING WALKED IN AND WALKED OUT. NOT BRINGS THOSE THINGS HOME. AND DEALING DRUGS OUT OF THE ROOMS. JUST PLAIN NASTY.

Fast checking in & making sure that I was helped correctly.

I went to the front Desk and asked for towels and rags and got the run arounds. Wasn’t able to get them until it was time for me to check out.

Nothing

Lights didn't work, wifi was out, room smelled like roach foggers, room was not ready at check in time. We couldn't access our room until 10pm because we had somewhere to be by 5pm. We had to get ready in the lobby and just check in for a room we couldn't acess as to not be charged extra.

The staff was remarkable.

got a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. Within 30 seconds of me walking into the room there was a well-fed Madagascar hissing cockroach waiting on the sink for me. It was loose Hair EVERYWHERE. on the pillows, on the towels on the sink on the toilet paper. There were 10 different species of insects crawling ALL over the room . the most filthy mattress I ever seen in my entire life. Dried blood on the floor. only stayed because I was drunk and was unable to go anywhere. I slept with a blow up bed on top of the mattress.

For the price it was exceptionally clean needs to get do some exterminating but facility was great staff was excellent I'll stay again

cleanliness was over all ok

told me the nicer room was indoors. had to pay extra for cable in a room that was in door as opossed from the smoking room I had previously purchased. the head board came down in the middle of the night so that was frightening. the water was brown and while I was packing for checkout literally at 11:00 staff came knocking on door asking us if we were leaving. the breakfast wasn’t good. very minimal to choose from.
