Islam, this guy from staff is a truly gentleman. Waited for us at street long after midnight. Made everything to make is feel secured. But the place is falling apart. I had healthy issues with my family in Italy, just stayed a couple of hours. But I don't recommend this place and booking.com must make a trully reveal of places that are announced on this plataform

The building where the hotel is located was falling apart and full of garbage. The elevator was small and quite slow. There was no room cleaning service, meaning that a long stay is less than recommended.

The space is ugly, walls are dirty and gloomy, the room was not clean, it is a two floor hostel, not a hotel, the foreigners floor is ok, I suppose, It is the one photographed for the app, but the floor of the Egyptians is horrible. All the stairs up to the 7th floor, where the hostel is, have not been swept or cleaned since ever. My room was full of cigarettes smoke all night long due to the non-stop smoking in the reception area, "mahrganat" songs were playing in the early morning, the bed sheets were unclean when I arrived , I asked for them to be removed. The room walls were dirty and disgusting. I regret staying there. It doesn't deserve 100 L.E even, I paid 550 for such a heavy night... 🤮😭

HORRIBLE. The worst hostel i have ever seen so far. The room was really dirty. I requested the hotel to clean the bathroom as soon as i have received to keys. It didn't change much. Even if you are on budget, please don't come to this place. The person at the reception was anything but welcoming. I bought some bed linens in order to sleep the 2 nights i have booked.

first of all, no kettle found in the room as shown on your website plus the toilet was not clean and the hotel was so noisy and i couldn’t sleep well.i made complain to your customer service about no kettle in room and only one kettle in all hotel. unfortunately, the customer service didn’t solve the problem
