My travel plan was unexpected I just booked from online I directly went to the reception team was given room quickly with all the specialties , I really like Mekong food in marigold Sunday brunch was awesome ,front office team suggested to have in Mekong , it's always special to me , thanks to Arun ,Girija, mounica and Rafad to make my stay special

Excellent B/fast
The time to allot room has to be improved. Wasting too much time on formalities and assigning room for traveller guests. They can seek details if required later. Require 2 room keys to be given as lift travel becomes a nuisance if one person has to go out for some task.

Check in is Ok but considerably too long a time to send our baggage to the room and also couldn't afford to wait long for bell boy to clear the baggage.
