Hotel price are really high as per the room size, no balcony, no windows. If you are ordering something from hotel kitchen, the prices are really high and the quantity and quality didn't met the expectations. I booked this hotel thinking it's a 4 star hotel, but the facilities i got are really 3rd grade. Used shampoo and conditioner, no hand towel, low quality bath towel. Matress bedsheet and blanket were not cleaned properly.

- It was not clean - The staff was not helpful, they tried to charge me more than the price of the hotel. - The hotel called me and asked for an advance, which was not expected as per my booking.

The staff in the rooftop bar/restaurant were very friendly. Especially with our children.

The hotel looks very nice in the photos and it lists its self as 4* this may have been the case when it opened, however this is not the case now. The hotel is very dated and in disrepair. The hotel was also very dirty. We had requested a room to accommodate a family and ended up having to spend extra money on arrival to upgrade as the room we were allocated was not suitable for a family. The overall cost of this hotel what you would expect to pay in a 4* yet the condition of the facilities would not rate this more than 2*. I would avoid this hotel.
