the staff. all of them are my family for 13 days stay

the staffs in this hotel is already my family. umejad ali and ylmaz ur all amazing. mama and baba who cleans my room thank you.

It is convenient because it is located near the walking street. Metro is not far away too.

Toilet is too small and doesn't have much leg room.

Near attractions area, Taksim Square , Galata Tower, Istiqla street few steps from hotel

ok for me for breakfast in the parent hotel fir few steps next door , Bfast good

Location

Room smell toilet and club noisy we didnt sleep all night.We walked another hotel for breakfast.There was a girl she didnt help us find a taxi even she didnt understand us she speak another languages

Only good thing about this place is location.

Room has a dirty toilet smell, or more like a sewer. Walls are paper-like and you can hear people from other rooms breathing. Cleaning ladies come at 9 AM and if you ask them to come later, they simply don’t show later on. Our 2nd morning we were waiting 25 minutes at the reception to see where our breakfast was, as it is in another hotel. When the reception guy came, he barely said hello, not to mention apology for being away so long. Staff hardly says “hello”. Club is next to hotel so you can fall asleep only if you are dead tired or very drunk, sober - no way. Breakfast is rubbish. Towels had holes, and slippers were dirty. You can see wear and tear everywhere, from furniture to walls.

only the location and the staffs were great other than that the hotel is so small there is a club next door so we can’t sleep except when you put ear-puffs even that i couldn’t sleep but the staffs were very welcoming and they did their job perfectly well the owner of the hotel should put more efforts and money in improving the hotel and maybe put some better technology in the hotel
