BREAKFAST: the breakfast was great and the LADY SUPER KIND <3. She was definetely the BEST (and only) part of our stay. The room was clean.

We totally understand it is an old place, as most of hotels in Venezia - however the hotel needs urgentely some simple mantainance: 1) the red-old-carpet at the stairs entrance already gives you the tone "oh-oh I made a wrong choice", 2) I was pregnant and they sent us to a room with bunch of stairs. 3) BUT WORST: it was that it was extremelly hot and air conditioner didnt work. We call the front desk, and the guy answered that "NON OF THE AIR CONDITIONER IN VENEZIA was working, bc they were changing seasons". We couldnt let the window open to ventilate bc it was full of mosquitos! - next morning our brother that was in another room said his air conditioner was working well, but he prefered to turn off bc it was ver smelly. Also, the airconditioner in the breakfast areas was working perfectely (just in the last monrning when talking about the mosquitos with the lady in the breakfast area, that we spontaneuously mentioned we could have asked for the anti-mosquitos plug in the front desk.... WHY DIDNT THE Front Desk man, didnt tell us in advance instead of LIE about the air conditoner and advice us to use this plug? While there is not mantainance, DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL Other details: - Old bed cover, - Terrible ammenities (a bad shampoo only - It would be better to remove the TV than have that tiny tv their (i dont use tv while travelling, but that small and old one just complete how non-updated is the hotel.

Un accueil juste parfait. Le personnel nous a beaucoup aidé pour nous diriger, les acitivités et les restaurants. Le service de l’hotel était juste super, très poli, chaleureux et à l’écoute.

Great location and the staff seemed to be good at english and they seemed nice and happy. Very nice that they had hand sanitizer at the enterence! Overall a great stay!

Small rooms, everything within the room got a bit humid, also the air circulation is probably a bit bad.

Staff were very friendly. Location was very good as well.

That I booked through Priceline for 3 person room. Beds were shown for 3 as well. When I got there it was for a reservation of 2. So I was charged more when I specifically made sure I was booking for 3. Shame on Priceline and booking.com
