been to cheaper all inclusive hotels which were a lot better

Good breakfast, good size room, good views of pool and ocean beyond.

Room needs a little tlc, some painting in areas but in general good condition. We had a leak, water coming from ceiling. It was 2 hours before anyone came. When they did however it was resolved.

nice modern hotel staff are great with do anything to help you. Adrian and Leticia are the shining light great pair of young people

one thing I didn’t like was the lifeguard moving towels when you go toilet or bar to allow people to take your sunbed and pool is so cold

Beautiful hotel, very clean and staff great. The ocean views were amazing from our balcony. Food was good with lots of choice.

How busy the buffet restaurant was. For example when they put a new tray of pizza out it was like watching a flock of seaguls fighting for a slice. Gones within 20 seconds. Guess thats not the hotels fault just the awful guests.. mine mine mine

the pool area

it was a little like hi de hi. we booked a room with sea views and paid extra but on arrival we where given a room over looking the car park. We had to go back to the desk and plead for the room we paid for, yes we did get it after a time. not a good start to a relaxing holiday.

Facilities were good

The evening meal was poor and cold on two of the four nights we were there.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, amazing location and views, peaceful.

Dirty. Room, bathroom and sauna are dirty. Jaccuzi in the room.wzs disgusting and not working. There were dust and hair in the room, hairdryer was dirty , the Turkish bath in the spa was disgusting. Breakfast wasnt quality. A lot of choice for sure but nothing good expect watermelon.

Lovely sea view and very comfy beds. Breakfast very good and good choice at dinner.

everything was nice and clean. staff is are great. cleaners kept the room spotless. really no complaints, was super cheap also. I would definitely stay again.

wifi wasn't good.. I had to use 3g the entire stay as it didnt work in majority of locations but reception area water in shower went from cold to hot and back to cold everytime on having a shower the food wasn't great..somewhat of processed or tinned quality.. on last day noticed there were little flies in the tinned pears bowl at breakfast the orange juice was cordial not real juice apples were bruised /soft /brownish in colouring lacked veggie options such as veggies sausages /burgers hairdyrer in the room didnt work floor in bedroom was grubby wasnt cleaned. air con barely worked toilet seat had brown stain on it safe didnt work properly.. was offered this for free as a result of temporary fix as its extra per day live entertainment appears non existent.. low quality sound of music used instead.as guests sat out the front near small bar and on front lawn which was completely in the dark no lighting in the evening French doors are in the rooms but on the ground floor didnt feel very secure (personal opinion) no drinks in the fridge but there is a fridge.. no water ready available but there is a coke machine.. this has a picture of a bottle on front but it dispenses cans instead. at €1.50 pool bar food is prepped (burgers, hot dogs and chips) and left in heated bambury.. not sure how long it is left here for guests before purchasing / no veggie options. cocktails in pool bar are served in paper cups Not much veggie options but fruit for breakfast No scanner at reception on checking so nhs proof of vaccination became a problem as without it the hotel could confirm if vaccinated as they couldn't scan the pass.. eventually confirmed theyd accept it without being able to scan. there's ritual hand soap in every communal toilet but should really concentrate first on fixing locks on communal toilets and some didn't have working locks.

Staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was excellent. Really enjoyed the a la carte meal.
